Technological advances have allowed to collect and store large volumes of data over the years. Besides, it is significant that today's applications have high performance and can analyze these large datasets effectively. Today, it remains a challenge for data mining to make its algorithms and applications equally efficient in the need of increasing data size and dimensionality [1]. To achieve this goal, many applications rely on parallelism, because it is an area that allows the reduction of cost depending on the execution time of the algorithms because it takes advantage of the characteristics of current computer architectures to run several processes concurrently [2]. This paper proposes a parallel version of the FuzzyPred algorithm based on the amount of data that can be processed within each of the processing threads, synchronously and independently.

In Argentina, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, along with its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, introduces in its Article 26 norms related to the provision of credit services, imposing obligations on data controllers and recognizing rights to data subjects. In this article, we will analyze the current regulatory framework, offering comments from a comparative law perspective. We will examine legislation in the region and in European Union countries. This paper addresses the identification of the most influential factors and variables in the process of building trust in the chief-employees relationship in the context of peruvian executives, distinguishing two groups of factors; personal and behavioral. The research was exploratory and used an original instrument designed to evaluate deeply the issue of trust. As a method of statistical analysis, decision trees were used, a useful machine learning tool in the treatment of non-parametric data. The relationship between executive functions (EF), creative personality, and academic performance in Argentine university students was examined. A total of 248 students (M = 22.97 years, SD = 4.43) from various Argentine provinces participated. The Adult Executive Functioning Inventory (ADEXI), the Cognitive Flexibility Scale, the Creative Behavior Scale (ECC), and the Creative Personality Scale (EPC) were used, along with academic performance data and sociodemographic information. Data were collected online through Google Forms and analyzed using Spearman correlations and mediation analysis with robust Maximum Likelihood estimator and Bootstrap. In this paper, we propose an optimization model for medical services processes to reduce waiting time using process mining. In medical services, there is a high percentage of dissatisfaction with medical care due to the processes related to appointment booking and waiting time for medical consultation. As a result, patients change medical services due to the urgency of the symptoms they suffer, generating distrust in health services in Peru. Through a medical information system, events of medical care processes are collected for analysis using the Celonis tool. In Mexico, a high percentage of young people experience symptoms of generalized anxiety, which are associated with difficulties in executive functions (EF). However, previous studies have shown inconsistent results, as they often rely solely on either objective or subjective measures. Therefore, this study focused on analyzing the relationship between generalized anxiety and EF using both a neuropsychological battery and a self-report questionnaire, in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of cognitive functioning in adolescents.
