This article presents a program in C++ which defines a class of polynomial name in order to implement a data abstract type (TAD), a polynomial through a class that performs polynomials arithmetic with operations such as addition, the product of a constant by a polynomial, the product of a monomial by a polynomial and a polynomial derived. The program code is presented, and its details, features and limitations are discussed. Implementation is done in the Dev C++ 4.1 compilator; a GNU compilator with GPL licence.

Objectives: To assess the cortical bone thickness of incisors when proclined and normo-positioned according to skeletal Class I and Class II malocclusions. Material and Methods: This study was descriptive, cross-sectional and observational. The study population consisted of 1220 pre-orthodontic treatment CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) scans from the archive of the Autonomous University of Nayarit between 2015–2023. The final sample included 76 scans. Inclusion criteria were as follows: diagnostic records containing CBCT scans of patients aged 12–40 years with no prior orthodontic treatment or anterior dental crowding. The present study aimed to determine the relationship between the Burnout Syndrome and Satisfaction with Life in Regular Basic Education teachers who taught virtual classes during the COVID-19 pandemic in various departments of Peru. Under a quantitative methodology, with a descriptive-correlational design, the Maslach Burnout Inventory - Ed Form (MBI-Es) and the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) were applied virtually to 56 teachers, who were selected by sampling intentional non-probabilistic. Considering a discussion, under the prism of the Phenomenology of Perception developed by Maurice Merleau-Ponty (1908-1961), it is possible to observe that Mathematics Education has shown interest in the postulates of this philosopher through the research being carried out in the Brazilian territory. In order to identify the research approach, based on Merleau-Ponty's postulates and in the area of Mathematics Education, we elaborated a study that allows us to visualize the research scenario of the last five years regarding the use of this philosopher as a theoretical reference. The research has a qualitative approach and the data production is carried out through a documentary analysis. The results showed the existence of three research axes: the student, the teacher and teaching, being the teacher the research axis with more evidence in the works considered so far.

El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y la Satisfacción con la Vida en docentes de Educación Básica Regular que impartían clases virtuales durante la pandemia por covid-19 en diversos departamentos del Perú. Objective. To determine the characterization of the caretaker of the elderly person. Methods. They conducted a simple descriptive study with 60 caregivers, from CLAS Pillcomarca, Pillcomarca district, department of Huanuco, during the period 2011. In the collection of data used different scales and psychological questionnaires. For the inferential analysis of the results was used Chi-square test for comparison of a single sample. Results. 65.0% of caregivers of older adults were children, 78.3% were female, 63.3% of Catholic religion, 58.3% were homemakers, 80.0% had low incomes and over 6 years of care, 61.7% had mild depression, 15.0% fatigue and sleep disturbances, irritability, and 86.7% reported 71.7% had low back problems. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue, construir y validar un sistema observacional para realizar análisis de interacciones didácticas en dos clases de ciencias en el bachillerato, y describir de manera exploratoria, las relaciones establecidas entre el desempeño del profesor y el desempeño del estudiante. Este estudio se llevó a cabo en tres fases: En la fase 1 se delimitaron las categorías apegadas a un enfoque teórico. The objective was to determine the correlation between gamification and motivation. It was developed through quantitative, non-experimental and correlational research. We worked with a census population of 253 students of regular basic education. To obtain data, the Gamification Observation Guide by García (2020) and the MSLQ Motivation Questionnaire by T. García et al. (1988). The results indicated that there is a very low, significant relationship of 0.025 (p value = 0.0694> 0.05). It is concluded that gamification is not related to the motivation of the students, most of the teachers, in the development of their classes, do not use digital tools - a necessary element in the delivery of classes at a distance and virtually due to the difficult situation caused by COVID-19. Likewise, teachers suffer from inexperience in handling social networks, videoconferences and online forms.

The aim of the study was to determine the growth direction, position and size of the maxilla and mandiblewith skeletal open bite Class II and III. Methodology: This is an observational, descriptive andcross-sectional investigation. The population consisted of 100 lateral cephalometric radiographs of patientswith clinical diagnosis of skeletal open bite. The sample was not probabilistic for convenience. TheNemoceph program was used for Ricketts analysis to get the values of variables. The sample consistedof 36 radiographs of skeletal open bites. The data obtained were analyzed with the chi-square test at aconfidence level of 95% equivalent to 1.96 and a margin of error of 5%.
