This work is a synthesis of the origins of these audiovisual regulatory authorities, analysing their regulatory functions and responsibilities regarding control of content. It also reflects on the actions taken by Audiovisual Control Boards as a result of their analysis of content and the problems arising from these analyses, along with their instruments of control: sanctions, recommendations, instructions…to conclude that free and independent societies need these boards to exist as a means of channelling their demands against the abuses of the media, and as elements that protect the most vulnerable sectors of those societies.

This study aims to design and validate a nutritional recipe for a snack made of Green Banana (Musa paradisiaca) Peel Flour (GBPF) and to assess the nutritional composition and microbiological quality of the flour. Banana peel, a food industry by-product, is a nutritious, low-cost material available for all year. Banana peel flower could be used as a functional ingredient due to its high fiber content and good functional properties. Introduction: Overweight negatively impacts the cardiovascular system and osteomyoarticular, promoting pain in the joints of the lower limbs. Therefore, strategies have been applied to reduce overweight through lifestyle changes. The aim of the study was to evaluate the functional ontogeny of the digestive system of Pseudoplatystoma punctifer through the analysis of the activity of the main intestinal (alkaline phosphatase, aminopeptidase N, maltase and leucine-alanine peptidase), pancreatic (trypsin, chymotrypsin, total alkaline proteases, bile-salt activated lipase and amylase) and gastric (pepsin) enzymes. Larvae were raised in triplicate in a recirculation system from 4 to 27 days post fertilization (dpf) at an initial density of 90 larvae L −1 , 27.8 ± 0.7 °C and 0 L: 24D photoperiod. The postharvest quality of strawberry depends on agronomic factors, especially in high Andean areas where climatic conditions influence its development. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of fertigation and substrate type on the postharvest properties of the Chandler variety. A factorial design with eight treatments was used, combining four fertigation levels (0 %, 20 %, 40 %, and 60 %) and two substrate types (agricultural soil and sand). Evaluations of the physical, physicochemical, and functional properties of the fruits were performed in triplicate. The results showed significant differences (p < 0.05) among treatments, highlighting 60% fertigation in sandy substrate, which promoted greater red color intensity (a* = 60.27 ± 0.93), higher fresh weight (12.92 ± 0.64 g), reducing sugars of 1.94 ± 0.01 mg/g, and higher content of bioactive compounds such as phenolics (123.97 ...

Metalinguistic reflection (MR) facilitates the analysis and explanation of the structure of language, the comprehension of linguistic functions and awareness in language use. Yet, it has repeatedly been observed that initial teacher training does not guarantee sound MR skills. From an academic task based on forensic linguistics, we carry out a deductive content analysis on 43 speculations, 123 erroneous analyses, and 111 irrelevant observations identified in 25 papers written by trainee teachers , as indicators of deficiencies in their MR skills. The Interpersonal Theory of Suicide proposes that the presence of suicidal behavior is explained by the suicidal desire and capacity acquired in the individual. Fearlessness about death is a dimension of said capacity and is a potential risk factor for suicide. The objective of this study was to elaborate a functional nectar based on Averrhoa carambola (carambola) and Physalis angulata (mullaca), using Stevia rebaudiana (Stevia) and Apis mellifera (honey) as natural sweeteners. An experimental type of research was developed, establishing technological formulation parameters and evaluating the nutritional quality by means of proximal analysis, microbiological quality, antioxidant capacity applying DPPH and ABTS techniques, as well as the quantification of phenols and sensory acceptability through a hedonic test. Addressing school climate and violence in schools requires school management skills. The 2011 School Violence Act in Chile promulgated the mandatory creation of the school climate coordinator (SCC). However, the law did not establish a defined profile, specific functions, or working hours for the SCC, and only recently have school administrators given SCCs more time for this position.
