In this article, the author analyzes the distribution of functions between SuSalud and Indecopi, regarding the mandates of Legislative Decree 1158. In particular, the author addresses the functions of administrative regulation related to infractions in the provision of health services by the private sector in our national scope.This is done taking into account considerations that are inherent to a fundamental right as the right to health, which implies an active duty for the State as a whole. This is the reason why intense criticisms are raised about the way in which the distribution of functions has been regulated among public administration bodies, through confusing rules that signifi cantly increase the costs faced by consumers to present their complaints.

Passion fruit peel is an agro-industrial waste that with added value can be used in the food industry. The purpose of this work was the physicochemical, functional and rheological characterization of passion fruit shell flour (HCMr). Physicochemical, functional and rheological analyzes were carried out. The humidity value of HCMr was 11.25%, this is within the requirements of Peruvian standards. Protein values (5.14%) are low compared to cerelae flours. The total dietary fiber value was 63.88%. The total values of polyphenols and antioxidant activity were 504.75 mg G.A.E./100g and 1520.49 µmol ET / 100g respectively. The water retention capacity value was 12.93 ml retained water / g. This article presents a reflection on the future of the penal clause, its functions, its usefulness and its validity. With the help of descriptive, hermeneutic-legal and comparative methods, we carry out a review of national and foreign regulations, about the intangibility of the contract, the moderating power of the judges and the legislative intervention in the reduction of the penal clause, as a measure temporary as a result of the health crisis.

En esa línea, el autor reconoce que el estudio comparado en esta rama del derecho se ha limitado a una tarea descriptiva de los distintos sistemas tributarios. Ante ello, propone partir del enfoque funcional para así abordar el análisis comparado en materia tributaria, pretendiendo, de esta manera, que el derecho tributario comparado no se limite a ser una mera colección de normas tributarias extranjeras. El hombro es una parte del cuerpo esencial en la funcionabilidad de miembro superior en el individuo, al encontrarse lesionado modifica sus AVD, es por eso que en la institución donde se llevará a cabo el estudio, los pacientes que solicitan tratamiento suelen llegar con síntomas ya avanzados, los cuales se manifiestan a través del dolor y rigidez más severos, lo que demanda la implementación de enfoques terapéuticos más específicos y personalizados. No obstante, la falta de un protocolo estandarizado y la variabilidad en la aplicación de técnicas han generado dudas sobre la efectividad de los tratamientos en el entorno hospitalario.

This work aims to compare the characteristics of the political reintegration —after the end of the period of political violence— of the former members of the insurgents groups Communist Party of Peru - Shining Path (PCP-SL), National Liberation Movement - Tupamaros (MLN-T) and Montoneros, in order to answer the question about what were the factors that determined the particularities of the reintegration process of each of these organizations. After a historical analysis we conclude that there were three central components that were key in the political reintegration of each of the organizations, all of them developed during the time of transition to democracy in Peru, Uruguay and Argentina, respectively —which functioned as a critical juncture—. Given the novelty of this narrative technique, its causes are first addressed: moral absolutism, affective polarization, informational chaos, uncertainty, and digital tribalism. Then, the counter-narrative is defined as a semantic structure that, regardless of temporality, seeks to destroy the symbolic capital of the adversary. Subsequently, its main features –reactivity, negativity, emotiveness, stereotyping, and permanence– are detailed, as are its functions –linking wills through opposition, drawing clear identity boundaries, being emotionally rewarding, and simplifying reality–. The consumption of insects is a widespread practice among indigenous or native peoples of the Amazon. To assess the knowledge of the diversity of resources for entomophagy from the perspective of these peoples, testimonies or references about knowledge and feeding traditions of 100 people were collected in 37 localities in seven provinces of the department of San Martín in the basin of the Huallaga River. One cumulative species curve and the probability function of new species were estimated, then the probability of not finding a new species (99.5 %) to n100 was determined. Objetivos: Analizar la efectividad de la técnica doble haz frente a un haz en los resultados funcionales de pacientes sometidos a reconstrucción del ligamento cruzado anterior del Hospital Nacional Cayetano Heredia durante el 2023. Material y Métodos: Diseño de cohorte prospectiva, incluyendo a un total de 100 pacientes, siendo 50 el grupo expuesto (con doble haz) y 50 el no expuesto (con un haz). Los datos obtenidos serán comparados por medio de Chi-cuadrado, y U de Mann-Whitnney o T de student, para la determinación de la efectividad se calculará el riesgo relativo.
