Autism is a spectrum disorder that affects communication and social interaction. It has increased in recent decades, especially among children, and has had a significant impact on their lives, necessitating attention and appropriate support. A prototype mobile application was developed using the Scrum methodology, which allows for flexibility, adaptability, incremental delivery, and quality, as well as continuous improvement. The result obtained was a prototype with a design and features that facilitate patient and specialist access to healthcare areas. The quality of the prototype was evaluated by experts, who assessed its efficiency, usability, design, and functionality and obtained an average score of 4.61. Disruptive technologies and their impact on journalism and communication force us to assume challenges in learning new techniques for data and information processing. Interdisciplinary knowledge is evident in the teaching of new professional profiles. Data journalism is an example of this, so the immersion into a data culture must be preceded by awareness in the learning of news applications, algorithms or the treatment of Big Data, elements that configure new paradigms among journalists of the media on the Internet. With the revision of texts, direct observation of selected applications and case study, some conclusions are established that contain a growing demand in the knowledge of new techniques. The results show the use of technological resources and the proposal of changes in the curricula of the communication faculties.

The introduction of artificial intelligence methods and techniques in the construction industry has fostered innovation and constant improvement in the automation of monitoring and control processes at construction sites, although there are areas where more studies still need to be conducted. This paper proposes a method to determine the criticality of cracks in concrete samples. The proposed method uses a previously trained YOLOv4 neural network to identify concrete cracks. Then, the region of interest, determined by the bounding box resulting from the neural network model classification, is extracted. Finally, the extracted image is converted to negative grayscale to quantify the number of white pixels above a certain threshold, automatically allowing the system to characterize the fracture’s extent and criticality. During the last decade, there has been an increase in the demand of mobile apps in different download platforms, like Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Amazon App Store. Because of this, different approaches related to mobile app quality have surged, which tend to focus on assessing the general quality of an app without focusing on a specific sector. Because of this reason, the motivation to develop a quality model for mobile apps for the educational sector arises, using the System and Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) guidelines and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting technique; the latter was used to prioritize the quality attributes. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo describir lo implementado en el uso del Google APPS for Education y la enseñanza virtual en los estudiantes de una escuela de ballet folklórico de Lima durante el año 2021. Para ello, se ha tomado una muestra de 10 estudiantes de una población del grupo formado por la escuela. La investigación presenta un enfoque cualitativo, de alcance descriptivo de diseño fenomenológico. Desde el año 2013, todas y todos aquellos niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA) en condición de desprotección familiar son acogidos por el Estado y pasan a residir e institucionalizarse en los Centros de Acogida Residencial (CAR); es así como la cantidad de niños, niñas y adolescentes ha ido en aumento cada año.
