It's well known that the duration of the engineering programs in Latin American countries like Peru are of order of 5 years, roughly. Commonly, the target of the fifth year of program is to carry out activities of thesis and capstone projects. Clearly these activities would demand that the student can exhibit skills and a certain level of maturity which might be crucial for a successful completion of the projects. However, the expected performance of the students might be correlated to the educational features of the institution (university, technological institute, etc) to some extent. The purpose of this paper is to provide an approach to self-regulation in commercial matters and, specifically, to the self-regulation systems on advertising and consumer protection in Peru. Particularly, the article analyzes the recent adoption of the Supreme Decree N° 185-2019-PCM, Regulation that promotes and regulates the voluntary implementation of regulatory compliance programs on consumer protection and advertising. In this sense, the objectives compliance programs seek to achieve are highlighted and the guidelines to be followed are addressed so that their implementation within a corporation is truly effective, particularly in terms of advertising and consumer protection. Finally, advantages and disadvantages of self-regulation systems are developed and it is concluded that the adoption of compliance programs is positive for consumers, the private sector and authorities.

La investigación fue titulada “Influencia de los Programas Sociales en las Características Arquitectónicas de la Vivienda Social en la conurbación Tarapoto, 2019”. Tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de los Programas Sociales en las Características Arquitectónicas de la Vivienda Social en la conurbación Tarapoto, 2019. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, el nivel fue descriptivo de diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 896 familias beneficiadas en los programas sociales, llegando a tener como muestra a 270 familias. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer que el ser humano pose la facultad de producir programas, ya que el cerebro está formado por muchas estructuras unidas por el sistema neuronal. Aun los científicos en la TICs no entienden esto, no saben aún como funciona si tienen límites o no, muchos expertos argumentan que los programas computacionales son planes para ciertos tipos de computadora que pude ser abstracta o virtual, una vez que los algoritmos sean traducidos a un tipo de lenguaje de programación el programa funcionara en las computadoras. Background: Studies have shown that more than 50% of the antibiotics used in hospitals are unnecessary or inappropriate and, that antimicrobial resistance may cost up to 20 billion USD in excess medical costs each year. On the other hand, Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs (ASP) significantly reduce inappropriate antimicrobial use, emergence of antimicrobial resistance, healthcare associated infections, and costs in hospital settings. El artículo expone los resultados de la investigación: interculturalidad y cultura de los pueblos indígenas en los procesos de formación profesional en Educación Física en Colombia, que tuvo como propósito reconocer la presencia o ausencia de la diversidad en los currículos de los programas existentes con registro activo en el Sistema Nacional de Información de la Educación Superior del país. Metodológicamente se abordó desde un diálogo entre el caminar la espiral —Jijunan (comprensión) y la Kajijunan (interpretación)— propia de los pueblos indígenas de la nación y la técnica de análisis de contenido; desde la cual se buscó inferir y dar a conocer lo latente en los documentos institucionales de las universidades con cursos en el campo. Se encontró poca presencia de estas categorías en los currículos de los programas vigentes en Colombia.

En el presente estudio se evalúa el acceso a servicios de salud odontológicos según el número de beneficiarios de los programas sociales del Perú. Objetivo: Determinar la diferencia de acceso a servicios de salud odontológicos entre niveles de cobertura de los programas sociales por regiones del Perú en el año 2019. The objective of this review was to provide the current status regarding empirical studies on the development and strengthening of emotional competencies in the field of early childhood education at the Ibero-American level, which were extracted from journals indexed in the databases Scopus, EBSCO, Dialnet and SciELO between the years 2010 to 2019. June 27 marks the thirtieth anniversary since the General Conference of the International Labor Organization (ILO) adopted the "Convention 169 on Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries." This multilateral treaty, of which Peru has been a party since 1994, brought with it the state responsibility to adopt specific laws, policies and programs focused on the rights and welfare of indigenous and tribal peoples. Among the scope of the Convention, is the recognition of the right to prior consultation, in this sense, this article provides a critical reflection on its application in Peru.

El obejtivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer datos importantes acerca de los programas de alimentación nacional más recientes y de mejor impacto social. Hoy en día, uno de los programas de mayor impacto es el Programa Qali Warma, que aporta una alimentación variada y nutritiva a niños y niñas del nivel inicial, educación primaria del sector público y educación secundaria en la población indígena de la amazonia peruana. Tiene como finalidad mejorar los hábitos alimentarios, mayor rendimiento académico y permanencia escolar. En este programa prevalece la calidad nutricional, aporte de nutrientes, sanitaria y organoléptica, con el propósito de prevenir la desnutrición.
