The article aims to describe how methodologies generally used in the private sector can be applied to optimize state programs, and more specifically, school feeding programs (PAE, according to its initials in Spanish). Therefore, to achieve its objectives and, above all, to generate value, both for the users of the programs and for Peruvian society, it is essential that the management of the PAE is developed efficiently. To contribute to this task, the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and Stakeholder Analysis of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) are presented from a theoretical application approach, and both methodologies can be adapted or applied directly according to the specificities of the organization.

Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the social dentistry program (POS) and its relationship with the oral health knowledge of teachers, parents and caregivers in six schools in Lima and Huancayo. Material and Methods: The study was prospective, longitudinal and explanatory. Where knowledge of oral health, oral health status, age, sex and educational level were considered. The sample consisted of students between the ages of 11 and 12, teachers and caregivers who attended the six public schools. Validated questionnaires and an epidemiological record were used for data collection. This study develops a planning approach to enable interprovincial land-transport companies to maintain an efficient travel schedule, considering the availability of their medium and long-term resources and the application of revenue management to obtain higher incomes through the use of information technologies. The development of a decision-support system in this sector will allow travel schedule focuses for optimizing the total marginal contribution in the long term, i.e. the difference between incomes and variable costs, as well as an appropriate allocation of resources to the trips, and that the fares established are adequate for the company to reach its goals.

This paper describes a cooperative thread scheduling mechanism, which can be used effectively on real-time java virtual machines. This scheduler is implemented using a heap-based priority queue which allows for O(log N) processing time. Since this scheduler is strictly cooperative, thread coordination is performed without the requirement of formal java thread synchronization. Though similar outcomes can be achieved through program design, this abstraction allows developers to focus on their application.
