VINASSE IS ACIDIC, DARK BROWN WASTEWATER OBTAINED AS A RESIDUE FROM THE ALCOHOL DISTILLATION PROCESS, THE MAIN COMPONENT OF WHICH IS WATER, IN ADDITION TO MINERAL NUTRIENTS AND A HIGH ORGANIC LOAD. ELECTROCOAGULATION (EC) IS A TECHNOLOGY THAT GENERATES COAGULATING SUBSTANCES IN SITU BY OXIDIZING SACRIFICIAL ANODES THROUGH AN ELECTRIC CURRENT APPLIED TO THE ELECTRODES. El trabajo de suficiencia profesional se enfoca en el desarrollo de una estrategia integral de marketing para Resocentro Juliaca, a través de una investigación de estudio de caso, con el objetivo de fortalecer la demanda y la percepción de la marca en el mercado. La metodología adoptada incluye un análisis cualitativo y un estudio de caso, que subrayan la necesidad de acciones de marketing específicas, tales como campañas publicitarias y visitas médicas personalizadas, para destacar atributos de alta calidad y tecnología de punta de la empresa. El presente estudio analiza la variación de los parámetros de resistencia de suelos lacustres en Cerro de Pasco ante el incremento de sobrecarga inducido por la construcción progresiva de diques. Para su evaluación se emplearon resultados de ensayos de penetración estándar (SPT) realizados en diferentes años (2010, 2019 y 2025), correspondientes a etapas sin carga y posteriores a la aplicación de cargas de 540 kPa y 620 kPa. Los valores del número de golpes fueron corregidos mediante la metodología (N₁)₆₀ según la norma ASTM D1586, y se determinaron los parámetros geotécnicos derivados: cohesión no drenada (Cu), ángulo de fricción interna (φ), coeficiente de presiones laterales en reposo (K₀), módulo de deformación (Es) y presión admisible (qadm). En el presente artículo la autora presenta la regulación aplicable al otorgamiento de derechos de aprovechamiento sostenible de recursos naturales en Áreas Naturales Protegidas (ANP) por parte del Servicio Nacional de Áreas Naturales Protegidas por el Estado (SERNANP), con énfasis en lo relacionado a la fiscalización ambiental aplicable a la verificación del cumplimiento de las condiciones establecidas en dichos títulos. Asimismo, se señala la necesidad del desarrollo de un marco normativo pendiente que regule las consecuencias derivadas del incumplimiento de tales condiciones.

Quinine, present in the bark of the cinchona tree, native to the South American Andes, is one of the natural medicines that has saved more lives in the history of humanity. Its economic importance, as a treatment for malaria, generated a search for its synthetic route. This promoted the development of organic synthesis and marked the beginning of industrial organic chemistry. Quinine, a compound so connected not only with the history of Peru but also with that of organic synthesis, was highlighted in the XXII Ibero-American Chemistry Olympiad-2017.

The red color is characteristic of the symbols and emblems of Peru. It is not only present in the national flag, but is also characteristic of its national bird (Rupicola peruviana) and flower (Cantua buxifolia). Their color is due to the structural characteristics of organic substances belonging to the family of carotenoids and flavonoids. Apart from their use as colorants and pigments, these compounds also find diverse applications in pharmaceuticals and nutrition due to their antioxidant properties. This review details the specific compounds that give rise to the red color of the most representative plants and animals of Peru. The presence of unique substances not observed in other species is also highlighted.

Según el INEI, en el Perú en el 2020 se crearon 235.447 empresas y quebraron 45.467. Si no quiere estar en el último grupo, la próxima vez que se le ocurra una idea que pueda terminar en un emprendimiento, no deje de pensar prioritariamente en cómo calcular la demanda de la manera más precisa posible.

The use of manual methods to forecast demand in perishable food companies is generally subject to the variability of internal and external factors in the company, causing excess inventories and significant monetary losses, so it is relevant to carry out this research with the objective of to demonstrate that by implementing Machine Learning it is possible to improve the accuracy of the demand forecast. A case study in a company in the poultry sector in Peru, forecasting the last quarter of 2022, based on a real sales database and applying the time series method, comparing the results of the Machine Learning model, and obtaining as a result in a model with high Forecast Accuracy (FA) of 97.56% and a high Forecast Bias (FB) of 2.44%. Este artículo desarrolla el entorno legal en que se realiza minería en las regiones amazónicas de Bolivia, Brasil, Colombia Ecuador, Guyana y Perú. Se desarrolla la ley sobre los derechos de los pueblos indígenas sobre sus tierras y recursos minerales existentes en ellas, así como los poderes y obligaciones de los mineros que operan en tierras indígenas.

Most Andean lakes and lagoons are used as reservoirs to manage hydropower generation and cropland irrigation, which, in turn, alters river flow patterns through processes of storage and discharge. The Carhuacocha and Vichecocha lagoons, fed by glaciers, are important aquatic ecosystems regulated by dams. These dams increase the flow of the Mantaro River during the dry season, supporting both energy production and irrigation for croplands. Water quality in the Carhuacocha and Vichecocha lagoons was assessed between storage and discharge events by using the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment Water Quality Index (CCME WQI) and multivariate statistical methods. The objective was to describe the characteristics and nutritional profile of processed foods and beverages advertised during child protection hours (6 am to 10 pm, according to Peruvian regulations) on the two channels with the largest audience on Peruvian television. In this cross-sectional study, 448 hours of television content on 14 random days from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm between January and February 2021 were recorded and 2061 advertisements for processed foods and beverages were identified. The time frame with the most publicity for these foods was between 2:00 pm. and 6:00 pm. (33,9%).
