We present the evaluation of a training program with teachers of adult education. The Seminario en Gestión Pedagógica para Directores, Subdirectores y Docentes nombrados de los Centros de Educación Básica Alternativa Públicosis conducted in Spain from the University ofValencia. El presente estudio de investigación fue de tipo cuantitativo, de corte longitudinal y comparativo se trabajó dividiendo a la muestra en un grupo control (n°=20) y un grupo experimental (n°=20). Los resultados denotan en la pre test un 90% (18) presentan un conocimiento medio y un solo 10% (2) conocimiento bajo, mientras que en el post test de evaluación el 100% (20) los padres presentan un conocimiento alto, confirmando que el programa educativo de enfermería es efectivo en la variación del conocimiento. En el presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con la finalidad de determinar la influencia del Programa Educativo Comunicacional sobre Nutrición en la mejora de las Prácticas Saludables sobre Hábitos Alimentarios para la Valoración en el Estado Nutricional de los niños de las Comunidades Nativas de Chirikyacu y Aviación, jurisdicción de la provincia de Lamas, durante el período mayo 2015 a febrero 2016. The article focuses on the confrontation /comparison? between the naturalistic and the experimental paradigms to evaluate educational programs. It examines the theoretical framework of each paradigm and the proposed methodology to pursue an evaluation. Finally, the article addresses the possibility of a reconciliation between both paradigms.

Methodology: The type of longitudinal study used is pre-experimental pre-test and post-onetest group. Introduction: Physical inactivity among secondary school teachers increases cardiovascular and metabolic risks, highlighting the need for effective intervention strategies. Objective: To compare changes in body composition, lipid profile, and blood pressure following a physical exercise and nutritional education program. Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted with 556 teachers, divided into a program group (274) and a no-program group (282). The program included guided weekly exercises and nutritional workshops over three months. Mathematicians and computational designers from a School of Architecture, explore visual programming in the environment of a design software with exercises of a basic mathematics course to overcome the limitations of hand drawing and computerized representation of geometry. We link the learning of geometry, which was associated with abstract aspects of mathematics, with the possibilities of solving design problems in the same environment that students use to design with technologies. This article has been elaborated with the purpose of revising the teaching formation in service of the public school teachers, especially in Peru, helping to understand the teaching formation itself as a complex phenomenon, with multiple sides. The process of creation of the educational policies must be in accordance with plans that come after them. The politics and the programs of training argue, among their objectives, the possibility of transforming the practice in something better, the article analyzes the process to achieve the transformation. Additionally, a brief presentation of the program of teaching formation, implemented by the Ministry of Education in 2002, is shown.
