Objective: Analyze the effects of real and financial variables on the yield curve of sovereign bonds in soles for the period January 2008 – September 2022. Method: By using the Piecewise Cubic Hermite Interpolating Polynomial interpolation method, the zero coupon curve was estimated, which is broken down into unobservable factors (level, slope and curvature) using a principal component model; subsequently, these factors were exposed to shock variables through a Structural Factor Augmented Vector Autoregressive. Analyzing the doctrine that supports the regulation in the Tax Code of the institutions of joint and several tax liability and the transfer of tax obligations, it is verified that there is an inadequate and contradictory normative treatment to the tax obligations incurred before and after the death of the owner of a sole proprietorship in Peru. We have made an explanatory, qualitative, descriptive and substantive analytical type research, based on a mental and logical analysis. Both institutions should be adequately regulated to reduce conflict and increase legal certainty and predictability in tax matters.

Se prepararon soles de nanopartículas de TiO2 mediante el proceso de precipitación-peptización, a partir del isopropóxido de titanio en medio de ácido nítrico. Estos soles fueron caracterizados por microscopía electrónica de transmisión observándose nanopartículas esféricas de TiO2 de fase broquita. La actividad fotocatalítica de estos soles fue determinada estudiando la fotodegradación del colorante Azul de metileno. El proceso se llevó a cabo con y sin burbujeo de aire, siendo más efectivo el último caso. Se determinó el pH y la concentración óptima del sol de TiO2 para la fotodegradación del colorante.

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad analizar el proceso de formación de la curva de rendimientos en nuevos soles de Perú y, en particular, la evolución de sus distintos tramos como respuestas a diferentes políticas y eventos externos e internos. Para ello, se estima la estructura de tasas cero cupón o curva spot mediante la metodología propuesta por Nelson & Siegel (1987). El análisis sugiere que, en el caso peruano, la curva de rendimientos en formación ha sido muy sensible a eventos internos, como la emisión de un nuevo plazo mayor a los existentes en el mercado, y externos, como las variaciones en las tasas de interés internacionales. The article examines the conversion of the share capital of a peruvian company from soles to foreign currency, highlighting its legal, economic, and financial implications. It analyzes the function of share capital, the general rule of its expression in national currency, and the exceptions that allow its expression in foreign currency. Also, the requirements for this conversion are detailed, including the need for administrative authorization and its connection to accounting in foreign currency. Additionally, the reasons for this conversion are discussed, such as the protection of foreign investment, mitigation of exchange rate risk, and attraction of international financing. The article concludes with an analysis of the financial implications and strategies for managing exchange rate risk that can be applied to companies that decide to convert their capital stock to foreign currency.

The objective of this paper is to analyze the formation process of the Nuevo Sol Yield Curve in Peru, specifically the evolution of its different terms as a consequence of diverse internal and external policies and events. For this purpose, the zero coupon yield curve or spot curve is estimated, based on the Nelson y Siegel (1987) method. The analysis suggests that in the Peruvian case the developing yield curve has been sensible to internal events as the issue of a bond with a maturity longer than the existing term to maturity, and external events such as foreign interest rates changes. Hence, the yield curve has adopted concave, convex and lineal forms within one and a half year period, without the agents having changed their perceptions about the macroeconomic fundamentals.

Background Oropouche fever is an infectious disease caused by the Oropouche virus (OROV). The diagnosis and prediction of the clinical picture continue to be a great challenge for clinicians who manage patients with acute febrile syndrome. Several symptoms have been associated with OROV virus infection in patients with febrile syndrome; however, to date, there is no clinical prediction rule, which is a fundamental tool to help the approach of this infectious disease. Se calcula que el 75% de las mujeres adultas han tenido en su vida al menos una infección genital producida por el hongo Cándida sp, Por ello, a fin de determinar la susceptibilidad in vitro de Candida albicans frente a los Azoles más comunes se realizó un estudio descriptivo transversal en una población conformada por 28 mujeres diagnosticadas por candidiasis que fueron atendidas en el Hospital Víctor Soles Garcia - Essalud de octubre a diciembre del 2015.
