This article aims to describe the level of compliance of the strategic plan through the REDER evaluation system of a private confessional institution, from 2017-2019. The methodology used is descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and elaborated under a quantitative approach. When interpreting the results statistically, the SPSS 24 Software was used for descriptive analysis of frequency and cross-tabulations. An instrument of 26 items was applied, divided into 5 dimensions, which was administered to a population of 45 people in the administration. It was found that 40% of the total study population perceives very high and notable levels of compliance; however, 35.6% registered non-compliance with these parameters. Research on employee experience is a topic that has been growing in recent decades. This study analyzes the validity and reliability of an employee experience scale in Peruvian teachers. The study had an instrumental design. The sample was comprised of 760 Peruvian teachers between 20 and 71 years old (M = 40.91; SD = 10.05), where men (36.1%) and women (63.9%) participated, recruited through non-probabilistic sampling. From this perspective, this study analyzes the evidence of validity and reliability of a scale that assesses leadership styles in non-profit institutions. The study had an instrumental design. Relationship marketing is a concept that focuses not only on increasing the volume of relationship transactions, but also on improving consumer perception. Therefore, this research aimed to evaluate the influence of relationship marketing dimensions on brand love. An explanatory study was conducted considering 417 participants who confirmed their affiliation with a bank. Adults aged between 18 and 52 years participated in the study. A survey was carried out using an online questionnaire, and information was collected from 267. The research focuses on people who stated they were consumers of the sustainable food brand in Lima.
