This article addresses tutorial and citizen development in high school students, the objective was to establish the relationship between the tutorial action and the development of democratic and intercultural citizenship exercise competencies in fifth grade students of the secondary level of public institutions of Network No. 06 of Callao. The research was quantitative, not experimental, descriptive correlational, basic and cross-sectional. The population was composed of 489 students, the sample being determined by 215 students, who were applied a questionnaire as a survey to collect information. The results show that there is a moderate and positive relationship between the tutorial action and the development of the competencies of the democratic and intercultural citizenship exercise, given that the Spearman's Rho is 0.404, with a significance value of p = .003 compared to the α = .05...

Para desarrollar la presente investigación se ha tenido como propósito general, determinar la relación entre la calidad del servicio y satisfacción de los clientes del rubro retail que residen en Los Olivos, 2023, para lo cual se ha implementado una metodología de tipo básica con un diseño no experimental y correlacional. The study begins with the conception of children with special needs and an anthropological research is carried out in perspectives of the actor on mathematical reasoning skills and interviews of their three teachers about their difficulties, alterations and disorders. This article addresses the issue of university pedagogy based on generic skills to develop critical thinking skills, the objective was to measure the influence of university pedagogy based on generic skills in the development of critical thinking skills in students in the I cycle from the National University of San Martín, 2019.
