La investigación se refiere a la capacitación de personal y calidad de prestación de servicio en la unidad de transportes de la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano Puno – 2015.El objetivo general fue determinar la Capacitación personal y la Calidad de prestación de servicio, el estudio corresponde al método hipotético – deductivo según su naturaleza, el tipo de investigación esaplicada, el nivel de investigación es descriptivo, no experimental (transversal), la técnica es encuesta, el instrumento es cuestionario, se medió con alfa Crombach, a tres juicios expertos. De los 17.000 se tomó como muestra 376 estudiantes y de los 40 la muestra fue de 36 trabajadores administrativos. El estudio planteó como objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre la cultura tributaria y evasión tributaria en los comerciantes del mercado Pedro Vilcapaza del distrito de Juliaca, Puno, 2021. La metodología aplicada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental de corte transversal, y un nivel de investigación correlacional. Con una población de 91 comerciantes y un muestro probabilístico de 74 participantes. Se diseñaron dos cuestionarios que fueron validados por tres expertos, se aplicó la técnica encuesta. En el presente trabajo investigativo tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre la infidelidad y violencia conyugal en familias de una IE, Puno – 2020. Llega a ser un estudio de tipo básica del nivel correlacional y de diseño no experimental. Donde participaron 110 padres de familia de la Institución Educativa Secundaria Agropecuario “Carlos Gutiérrez Zamora”. Post-gastric bypass hypoglycemia is characterized by postprandial hypoglycemia with pancreatic islet-cell hypertrophy in patients who have undergone a bariatric surgery and may be prone to hypoglycemia due to NAFLD, obesity, and impaired insulin and glucagon secretion.We present the case of a 44-year-old obese woman with NAFLD who underwent a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and years later presented with severe hypoglycemia. She was diagnosed with endogenous hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia and beta-cell hyperplasia.Post-gastric bypass hypoglycemia is a scenario that will be faced more often; therefore, it is important to take it into account for a timely treatment.

This article examines the relationship between social struggle and literary fiction in Manuel Scorza. The theme of the five novels that make up his cycle of La guerra silenciosa and the author’s perspective clearly place them within literature committed to social causes. When examining his novels, it becomes evident that the successful pairing between his fiction and social struggle is achieved through the use of certain resources, especially the osmosis that he achieves between fiction and reality. Scorza’s works shows the influence of two writers in his fictional handling, Gabriel García Márquez and Alejo Carpentier, whose imprint and differences in the work of the Peruvian writer are analyzed here.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the perception of pet owners about the risk of infection of their pets with COVID-19 in Lima, Peru. A virtual survey was prepared for clients of private veterinary services in Metropolitan Lima. The instrument collected demographic information, knowledge about the transmission of SARS-CoV-2, cases of human infection, handling of the pet during the pandemic and perception of the risk of infection of animals by COVID-19. The survey was answered by 408 pet owners. It was recognized that the main means of transmission of COVID-19 were infected people (93.6%). Respiratory problems were rarely observed in dogs (8.1%) and cats (2.2%). The majority perception of those surveyed was not to relate the respiratory problems of pets with COVID-19 (80.6%), but they showed concern for the affected health of their animal (79.7%). The aim of the study was to identify biovars of Pasteurella multocida and Gallibacterium anatis in poultry with respiratory signs. These bacteria were isolated from samples of secretions and organs of affected broilers, layers and ducks from various poultry farms in the coast and the tropics of Peru. Out of 25 isolates obtained, 13 strains of P. multocida and 12 of G. anatis were identified based on culture characteristics, morphology and biochemical tests (oxidase, catalase, indole, urease). These strains were subjected to micro-well fermentation tests with 10 carbohydrates and one amino acid for typification. Results showed that eight strains of P. multocida corresponded to biovar 1 and the others to biovars 3, 4, 6, 10 and 11, while 11 strains of G. anatis corresponded to biovar haemolytica and one strain to biovar anatis.

The neuroendocrine tumor (NET) is of difficult diagnosis due to nonspecific symptoms; management is also a challenge. We present the case of a 78 year-old male who suffered of chronic upper abdominal pain and was admitted to emergency with intestinal obstruction and symptoms of carcinoid syndrome (CS). At surgery an ileal tumor was resected with pathology report of NET positive for chromogranin A and ki 67 proliferative index of 2-3%. The patient continued with CS symptoms and presented high levels of 5-HIAA and liver metastases by MRI. Octreotide was started with good outcome. Experience with this case indicates to be alert at symptoms of functioning NET, due to an increase in its incidence. It is useful to request immunohistochemical markers. Identification of NET with low grade mitosis and proliferation signal good prognosis.

This essay studies some aspects of the narrative of the conquest of Guaman Poma de Ayala’s Nueva corónica y buen gobierno that have received limited scholarly attention. Its main argument is that the Andean author’s goal was to alter the way in which readers gave meaning to the world in which they lived. To that end, he adopted a pedagogical strategy: he confronted the readers with apparent incoherences and historical absurdities, to surprise them and have them ponder, hesitate and, fnally, realize that it was the premises they held about reality that made those elements seem strange, absurd, or incoherent, not the elements themselves. That is, they were riddles, means for a strategy with decolonial ends.

Desde 1895 hasta 1919, tan sólo con alguna interrupción, la oligarquía, a través del Partido Civil, controló directamente el Estado. En realidad, era la única clase que se hallaba política e ideológicamente organizada, gracias a determinadas circunstancias como el reducido número de sus integrantes, su concentración en Lima y una compleja red de vinculaciones entre sus principales sectores. En cambio, los sectores populares estaban desorganizados y excluidos del proceso político. Esta situación estaba condicionada por la desintegración económica y cultural del país. Recordemos que, aún en 1940, el 60% de la población mayor de 6 años era analfabeta, el 34% no hablaba español y el 66% vivía en la Sierra.

In this article the authors aim at putting together the basic opinions and attitudes held by low-income groups regarding the middle classes, placing special emphasis on the underlying social processes. In other words, the authors explore the subjective dimensión of how social classes perceive each other. The method used is based on the utilization of a projective test especially designed for this research project and of a questionnaire answered by 307 sénior high school students, both in Lima and in other provinces. According to the analysis of the results, the authors arrive to an interpetation of the attitudes and beliefs of low-income youth with regard to wealth and its attainment.​

RESUMENObjetivo: Establecer la relación entre los valores del ICP y oligohidramnios en embarazos de 41 semanas.Pacientes y Métodos: Estudio prospectivo, comparativo y observacional en 83  gestantes de 41 semanas atendidas en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo entre enero del 2015 a setiembre del 2016, en quienes mediante estudio Doppler se calculó el ICP fetal  en gestantes con y sin diagnóstico de oligohidramnios; se estableció la relación entre el ICP con la presencia de oligohidramnios. Resultados: Comparamos 25 gestantes con diagnóstico de oligohidramnios con 58 gestantes con líquido amniótico normal. Las gestantes con oligohidramnios  la  AU  presentó  IP: 0.78 e IR: 0.54, comparado con las gestantes con líquido amniótico normal no hubo diferencia estadística (IP: 0.75, p=0.32; IR: 0.53, p=0.41). OBJETIVE: To analyze the results of vaginal hysterectomies performed without uterine prolapse. DESIGN: Descriptive study. LUGAR: Hospital Center "Pereira Rossell" of Montevideo, Uruguay. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We reviewed the medical histories of vaginal hysterectomies performed since 1997. operative time, length of stay, complications were examined and compared to the reference series. RESULTS: 200 vaginal hysterectomies was performed without major complications. CONCLUSIONS: In those patients requiring hysterectomy for benign cervical cancer and pathology to the stage IA1, the route of choice is vaginal.

OBJETIVE: To analyze the casuistry of CHPR of the last five years, to analyze the place of instrumental delivery, its results, and since the reintroduction of the vacuum extractor, a systematic review comparing the qualities between both methods. METHODS: A systematic review on the use of instrumental delivery. RESULTS: The number of instrumental deliveries in the Hospital is similar to other reference centers and is within the accepted; perinatal maternal outcomes are similar to those of normal deliveries.
