The aim of the study was to identify biovars of Pasteurella multocida and Gallibacterium anatis in poultry with respiratory signs. These bacteria were isolated from samples of secretions and organs of affected broilers, layers and ducks from various poultry farms in the coast and the tropics of Peru. Out of 25 isolates obtained, 13 strains of P. multocida and 12 of G. anatis were identified based on culture characteristics, morphology and biochemical tests (oxidase, catalase, indole, urease). These strains were subjected to micro-well fermentation tests with 10 carbohydrates and one amino acid for typification. Results showed that eight strains of P. multocida corresponded to biovar 1 and the others to biovars 3, 4, 6, 10 and 11, while 11 strains of G. anatis corresponded to biovar haemolytica and one strain to biovar anatis.

In Peru, as part of a global trend, for more than a decade the development of renewable energy generators has been promoted from the State under the signing of RER contracts. In this article we will delve into the financing methodology to which this type of project has access, establishing its main characteristics and problems.

This paper seeks to analyze the online adaptation process of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Two key moments were chosen for the analysis: the new modality of the admission exam and the online classes. Based on the review of institutional sources, social network publications, and news, we sought to understand the scope and limitations of the present decisions taken by the UNMSM management. The university as an organization, therefore, is understood as a space where power relations fluctuate and where it is difficult to find consensus for decisión-making. Also, the capacity of two actors with conflicting interests has been highlighted: on the one hand, the rector’s group, made up of the rector, vice-rectors, and faculty deans, and, on the other hand, students organized as a union.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene el objetivo de identificar la construcción de fronteras simbólicas en el espacio público utilizando el caso del Malecón de Miraflores. Este estudio sostiene que es relevante discutir desde la sociología la importancia de los espacios públicos en tanto estos son lugares que incentivan la cohesión social dentro de una comunidad y permiten a los ciudadanos interactuar con otros grupos sociales con diferentes sistemas de significados al de uno.
