This research aims to study and conduct assessment of !he speed up of corrosion of aluminum alloys used far domestic as well as !he influence of corrosive agents present to make use of these domestic articles in means of different pHs. To study three means were chosen: Acid mean (solution of Acetic ac id pH = 4.8), Basic mean (solution of sodium hydroxide pH = 9 .5) and Saline mean (solution of sodium chloride pH = 7.8) and tour types of aluminum alloys far use common: FAM or 1100 alloy as standardized pattern sample, R-1, R-2 and R-3 as samples of recycled aluminum. The tests showed that FAM is the most resistant material to the three aggressive means and it is the material with a lower content of impurities , R-3 is !he most attacked and is the material with the highest percentage of impurities. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar estudio y evaluación de la velocidad de corrosión de las aleaciones de aluminio para uso doméstico, así como la influencia de agentes corrosivos presentes al hacer uso de estos artículos domésticos en medios de diferentes pHs. Para los efectos de estudio se eligieron tres medios agresivos : medio ácido (solución de ácido acético pH = 4,8), medio básico (solución de hidróxido de sodio pH = 9,5) y medio salino (solución de cloruro de sodio pH = 7,8); y cuatro tipos de aleaciones de aluminio para uso común: FAM o aleación 1100 como muestra patrón estandarizada , R-1, R-2 y R-3 como muestras de aleaciones de aluminio reciclado . We work with Calathea lutea "bijao" of Pucallpa. In the phitochemist analysis, saponines, fiavonoids, cumarines, alkaloids and phenolic compounds: catechin tannins were found. A high per cent of tannins were found, this was realized by volumetric analysis.

Se trabajó con Calathea lutea "bijao" de Pucallpa. En el análisis fitoquímico se ha encontrado saponinas, fiavonoides, cumarinas, alcaloides y compuestos fenólicos: taninos catéquicos. Se encontró un alto porcentaje de taninos realizado por análisis volumétrico.

Here, we report the complete genome sequence of a high alkaline cellulase producing Aspergillus fumigatus strain LMB-35Aa isolated from soil of Peruvian Amazon rainforest. The genome is ∼27.5 mb in size, comprises of 228 scaffolds with an average GC content of 50%, and is predicted to contain a total of 8660 protein-coding genes. Of which, 6156 are with known function; it codes for 607 putative CAZymes families potentially involved in carbohydrate metabolism. Several important cellulose degrading genes, such as endoglucanase A, endoglucanase B, endoglucanase D and beta-glucosidase, are also identified. The genome of A. fumigatus strain LMB-35Aa represents the first whole sequenced genome of non-clinical, high cellulase producing A. fumigatus strain isolated from forest soil.

El proyecto colaborativo "Las momias como microcosmos“ tiene como objetivo evaluar el impacto del Imperio Inca en la costa central. En el 2019 se iniciaron las investigaciones sobre una colección de fardos funerarios del Intermedio Tardío recuperados en el marco del proyecto de rescate arqueológico para la construcción del Museo Nacional de Arqueología (MUNA) y que hoy forman parte de la colección del Museo Pachacamac; con la finalidad de reconstruir la osteobiografía de los individuos, para conocer sus condiciones de salud, enfermedades y sus ritos funerarios mediante el análisis paleoradiológico no destructivo a través de CT-Scan y rayos-X.

The expansion of copper mining on the hyper-arid pacific slope of Southern Peru has precipitated growing concern for scarce water resources in the region. Located in the headwaters of the Torata river, in the department of Moquegua, the Cuajone mine, owned by Southern Copper, provides a unique opportunity in a little-studied region to examine the relative impact of the landscape-scale mining on water resources in the region. Principal component and cluster analyses of the water chemistry data from 16 sites, collected over three seasons during 2017 and 2018, show distinct statistical groupings indicating that, above the settlement of Torata, water geochemistry is a function of chemical weathering processes acting upon underlying geological units, and confirming that the Cuajone mine does not significantly affect water quality in the Torata river.
