We used the plant of “boliche” of the region of the northwest of Lima Sapindus Saponaria L. as a raw material for extraction, separation and classification of the saponin obtained. The extraction was performed by two different methods, in order to ascertain the most efficient. One method degrease the sample with chloroform and then extracts the saponin with ethanol in soxhlet, while the other method makes a maceration with ethanol. In both cases we obtain a crude extract of saponins, which is hydrolyzed to give brown crystals and by recrystallization reach transparent white color. Saponnins founded are classified as saponin triterpenes, more percentage of saponins in the method used chloroform for degrease.

We worked with Piper aduncum L. "matico" Junin (Peru). The phytochemical analysis showed the presence of: saponins, tannins, quinones, flavonoids and alkaloids. For chromatographic analysis shows that there are more polar metabolites. The chemical markers and methanolic total ethanolic extract are flavonoids and alkaloids. The amount of total polyphenols was determined.

Se trabajó con Piper aduncum L."matico" de Junín (Perú). El análisis fitoquímico determinó presencia de: saponinas, taninos, quinonas, flavonoides y alcaloides. Por análisis cromatográfico se observa que hay mayor cantidad de metabolitos polares. Los marcadores químicos del extracto etanólico total y metanólico son los flavonoides y alcaloides. Se determinó la cantidad de polifenoles totales.

It was worked with the plant - fruit and peel Raíz de tortuga, “Dryopteris crassirhizoma nakai” in Junín Department, Chanchamayo province, Pichanaki district. This plant is used to stomache caused by parasites and to stopped hemorroids. The objective of this research was to determine in the first its content of potassium, calcium and metabolites responsible of its use. Qualitative, quantitative analysis and a phytochemical study in peel and fruit was realized. It was determined presence of nutrients in macro and micro amounts, was found calcium 3,7% in peel and 4,22% in fruit, potassium 3789 ppm in peel and 4697 ppm in fruit, presence of, strontium, antimony, among others in ashes. It was determined presence of phenols, triterpens, coumarins, flavonols and alkaloids by phitochemical screening.

Se trabajó con fruto y cáscara de la planta Raíz de Tortuga, “Dryopteris crassirhizoma nakai” del Departamento de Junín, provincia de Chanchamayo, distrito de Pichanaki. Esta planta se usa para calmar el dolor abdominal debido a parásitos y para detener hemorragias. Se estudió a esta planta, principalmente por su contenido de potasio, calcio y metabolitos responsables de las aplicaciones de esta planta. Se realizó análisis cualitativo cuantitativo y el estudio fitoquímico en cáscara y fruto. En las cenizas se determinó la presencia de nutrientes en cantidades macro y micro, se encontró la presencia de calcio 3,7% en cáscara y 4,22% en fruto, potasio 3789 ppm en cáscara y 4697 en fruto, y la presencia de estroncio, antimonio, entre otros. We work with Calathea lutea "bijao" of Pucallpa. In the phitochemist analysis, saponines, fiavonoids, cumarines, alkaloids and phenolic compounds: catechin tannins were found. A high per cent of tannins were found, this was realized by volumetric analysis.

Se trabajó con Calathea lutea "bijao" de Pucallpa. En el análisis fitoquímico se ha encontrado saponinas, fiavonoides, cumarinas, alcaloides y compuestos fenólicos: taninos catéquicos. Se encontró un alto porcentaje de taninos realizado por análisis volumétrico.

We work with Tagetes etiptica "ch incho" of Huancayo y Catathea tutea "bijao" of Pucallpa. Oil obtained of "chincho" contained doubles bonds. "bijao· doesn't contain oil. The diclhorometane extrae! of "chincho" contains yelllow crystals TE1 and white powder TE2. The chromatographic analysis shows polar metabolites in both samples. Using phitochemist analysis we found, esteroidal triterpenoids, flavonoids, tanines, quinonas, antocianinas and alcaloides in te "chincho", In tehe "bijao" sample we found saponinas, gálic tanines, flavonoids, cumarines and alkaloids. In both sample we found calcium, phosphates, magnesium, iron, cinc, sulphur and potassium.

Seeds of chirimoya and guanabana from the communities of Cumbe and Callahuanca - Yauyos, Lima were analyzed. The extraction of natural toxic was realized using ethanol as the optimal solvent, after several solvent tests, phytochemicals analysis identified :saponins, coumarins, tannins, quinones and essential oils, mostly castor oil which was confirmed by FTIR spectra. Qualitative analysis results identified: PO4(3-), AsO4(3-) and others. Toxicological tests extracts applied on larvae and fruit flies finding levels of mortality as 88% to 94% on chirimoyas and guanabanas respectively.

Aqueous extractions were performed controlling the pH with CaCO3 and Ca(OH)2, using as clarifiers activated coal and activated clays in cold and warm solutions to obtain best results with cold bentonite, warm activated clay and warm activated coal. We worked with the cladode, gel and pulp of the fruit: red, purple and white of Opuntia ficus-indica “tuna” in the region of Ayacucho Wari Department, Huamanga province in order to determine the presence of minerals, metabolites secondary antioxidant capacity and consider a functional food. The phytochemical screening according to the method of Cain - Bohmann determined catechic the presence of tannins, steroidal saponins, flavonoids, coumarins, and alkaloids. The total fiber content was found in the range of 0,42 to 0,68%, fat 0,01 to 0,02% protein and 0,39 to 0,57%. For analysis of nutrients as found AOAC magnesium, calcium, zinc and phosphorus, potassium and iron traces. Se trabajó con el cladodio, gel y pulpa de los frutos: rojo, morado y blanca de Opuntia ficus-indica “tuna” de la región Wari del Departamento de Ayacucho, provincia de Huamanga con la finalidad de determinar la presencia de los minerales, metabolitos secundarios, capacidad antioxidante y considerarlo un alimento funcional. El screening fitoquímico según el método de Cain – Bohmann determinó la presencia de taninos catéquicos, saponinas esteroidales, flavonoides, cumarinas, y alcaloides.
