This article develops a robust platform for remote process management.JAVA language is used as a programming language at three levels of development: Control Servers, Web Server and Web Clients. The interaction with the control servers will be through the serial port and/or parallel port depending on the requirement. Thus we can interact with any specialized control device: A microcontroller, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) or sophisticated sensors that send data through the aforementioned ports, theLocal network of Control servers ensure the reliability and proper functioning of our processes. The exit door to the Internet will be the "Web Servers", which serve clients; Such a client does not have direct access to the system, until it has verified its privileges. The information thatjourney through the Web is encrypted. Using a microcontroller we w...

The main objective of this research is to deepen our understanding of the concept of cooperative interaction under conditions of asynchronous mediation in virtual learning. The study starts with the basic assumption that technology is not a neutral component in an interaction (Person–Machine–Person). It follows; therefore, that a change in the way of perceiving interaction may be created by the way manoeuvrability is facilitated via the internet and the framework of virtuality. The research methodology examines the cooperative asynchronous interaction as two different but complementary processes. The initial, theoretical exploration is designed to understand the psychological, pedagogical and technological factors under which cooperation in virtual learning is generated. The subsequent, empirical exploration is designed to observe –via a triangulation of the data– how the coopera...

The potential generated by ICT in education raises reflect on the underlying frameworks. In this sense, the fractal is an opportunity to explain how it organizes and manages virtual education. This approach recognizes that educational dynamics are recursive and iterative processes instituted as progressive sequences, by way of fractals. This understanding enables becoming as mediated and articulated successive levels. In each dimension are embodied own activities and in turn, involves the recurrence of subsequent levels as possible solving of problem situations. Thus, the knowledge built in response to a collaborative action, participation in networks, ranging from autonomous to the cultural level or conversely.

The virtual public space tends to be articulated as an extension of the contemporary public sphere. However, this is a process that is not being developed horizontally at a global level, there are countries that, like Peru, are identified by the predominant mediation of traditional media, as a consequence of the digital divide, according to which approximately half of the population is still not connected. This study presents the results of a survey of 720 university students in Peru, and our interest lies in describing aspects such as the relationship between trust and consumption of digital media in this country; the main characteristics required of an informative website; the most used interaction mechanisms; and, ultimately, how a group so relevant to Peruvian democracy, such as young university students, tends to channel their participation and experience online.
