Researchers have explored the antecedents and consequences of recovery satisfaction by creating, improving or using scales. However, scales should be invariant among contexts and cultures. Using item response theory, a methodological approach that helps measure items, we evaluated some constructs related to it. Results, limitations and future research are discussed.

In this paper, we propose an optimization model for medical services processes to reduce waiting time using process mining. In medical services, there is a high percentage of dissatisfaction with medical care due to the processes related to appointment booking and waiting time for medical consultation. As a result, patients change medical services due to the urgency of the symptoms they suffer, generating distrust in health services in Peru. Through a medical information system, events of medical care processes are collected for analysis using the Celonis tool. This paper presents a proposal to improve the storage process using the Lean Warehousing, 5S, SLP, and PDCA tools to improve the indicator of perfect deliveries. Initially, a diagnosis of the current situation of the warehouse was executed, analyzing and collecting quantitative and qualitative information on the storage processes. The principal causes of the low service level were analyzed, and three main problems were identified as substantial causes, non-compliance with the quantities and items of the orders (53.54%), the delay of deliveries (24.8%), and the deterioration or obsolescence of stocks in the warehouse (23.82%). This paper addresses the identification of the most influential factors and variables in the process of building trust in the chief-employees relationship in the context of peruvian executives, distinguishing two groups of factors; personal and behavioral. The research was exploratory and used an original instrument designed to evaluate deeply the issue of trust. As a method of statistical analysis, decision trees were used, a useful machine learning tool in the treatment of non-parametric data. In recent years, Peru has faced a political crisis marked by continuous clashes between the Executive and Legislative branches, particularly during the 2016-2020 period. These conflicts led to various institutional responses—such as impeachments, dissolutions, and resignations—that, rather than resolving the crisis, contributed to its prolongation. This cycle of instability culminated in a wave of social unrest, expressed through mass protests and the resignation of then-president Manuel Merino.
