Objective: To optimize the process of prior evaluation in mergers and acquisitions in Peru. Method: It is a descriptive and correlational investigation. The comparative law was used as analysis methodology for the law projects under study. Results: In the analysis of the economic impact, the sample consisted of 1 750 companies according to annual sales value and economic sectors such as lawyer services and agroindustries. The results indicated that the Proposals of Application of Thresholds on Projects of Law lack foundation and it has been verified that its uniformly application might be ineffective to all the economic sectors. Objective. The objective of the current study was to evaluate critical nutrients of industrialized foods and compare them with the technical parameters established in the Peruvian regulations, in its two stages of implementation, referring to front-of-package labeling before the beginning of its validity in June 2019. Methods. Cross-sectional study in which the critical nutrients of sodium, total sugar, saturated fat and transfat were analyzed from data declared in the nutritional labels of 511 processed and ultra-processed foods that were part of the products purchased for the consumption of 88 families of students from one private university in Lima. Peru, which is a rich country in amount of ores and gold reserves, moreover; it has an attractive minerals sector to the world and of great importance in national economic development. However, in the metallurgy of gold ores, there are minerals called refractory or complex, where free fine gold is trapped or associated with sulfides (pyrite and arsenopyrite), this problem can be seen in the concentrator Tamboraque, which uses inefficient conventional metallurgical processes and of high operating costs. The objective was to describe the characteristics and nutritional profile of processed foods and beverages advertised during child protection hours (6 am to 10 pm, according to Peruvian regulations) on the two channels with the largest audience on Peruvian television. In this cross-sectional study, 448 hours of television content on 14 random days from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm between January and February 2021 were recorded and 2061 advertisements for processed foods and beverages were identified. The time frame with the most publicity for these foods was between 2:00 pm. and 6:00 pm. (33,9%). Purpose. This study investigates whether evaluation using artificial intelligence (AI) with a customized GPT model can be comparable to, or complementary to, human evaluation in graphic design projects created by master's degree students. Methodology. A total of 180 logos were evaluated over six years using a 10-item Likert scale rubric. Each project received a double assessment, one by human experts and one by AI. Results and Conclusions. The results show agreement in five categories between human evaluators and AI (e.g., originality, relevance) while, in another five categories (e.g., balance, design principles), AI tended to overvalue the works when compared to human assessment. The effect of debittering, extrusion and spray drying on antioxidant capacity and total phenolic compounds in non-defatted and defatted flours from three Andean lupine genotypes (Altagracia, Andenes, and Yunguyo) was evaluated. Total phenolic content (TPC; Folin-Ciocalteu method) and antioxidant capacity (DPPH and ABTS+) were assessed by spectrophotometry. Results showed that technological processes decreased significantly (p ≤ 0.05) antioxidants and phenolic compounds. Bitter lupine (control sample) had higher (p ≤ 0.05) TPC and antioxidant capacity than processed samples. In the camu camu (Myrciaria dubia) processing, the peels and seeds are the main residues with a high potential for use as they contain anthocyanins (peel) and phenolic compounds. The objective of this research was to take advantage of camu camu peels and seeds as ingredients for infusion filters, and to evaluate the effect of drying. First, the peels and seeds were dehydrated at three temperatures (50, 65 and 70°C) and characterized in total anthocyanins and total phenolic compounds. Then, they were sieved considering two size ranges: small (between 0.1 and 0.475 cm) and large (larger than 0.475 cm) to be evaluated sensorially by a trained panel as an infusion, using a hedonic scale of general acceptability of 10 cm. To evaluate the impact of the international accreditation process at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos’s Faculty of Dentistry was the purpose of the investigation. Methodology: The study was descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective. The sample was made up by 307 (of 450) students randomly selected. This proposal aims to improve the efficiency of the packaging process of a company specialized in seasonings and ground foods through the application of the Lean Manufacturing approach. To carry out this study, data was collected from a Peruvian company, which was evaluated using a simulated validation model in the Arena version 16.1 program. This process included the participation of experts in the relevant areas, ensuring significant results for potential implementation. The results obtained indicated a significant reduction from 7.5% to 0.08% in the generation of defective products per production.
