Objective: To compare the professional performance of the health establishments with essential obstetric and neonatal functions from Lima with respect provincie during September-October of 2015. Materials and methods: It´s a cross- sectional analytical investigation conducted in 350 health establishments with essential obstetric-neonatal functions I-II (FONE I-II) database based on national surveys conducted by the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) during 2015. New variables were created from the databases to determinate the gynecology staff´s professional performance and analyzed the data with the R statistical software and the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 using the chi-square test. OBJECTIVE: The absence of an universal classification for hyperthyroidisms (HT), give rise to inadequate interpretation of series and trials, and prevents decision making. We offer a tentative classification based on gammagrafic and functional findings. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Clinical records from patients who underwent thyroidectomy in our Department since 1967 to 1997 were reviewed. Those with functional measurements of hyperthyroidism were considered. All were managed according to the same preestablished guidelines. RESULTS: HT was the surgical indication in 694 (27,1%) of the 2559 thyroidectomies. Objective: To determine the relationship between competency-based management and job performance of the administrative staff at EPS Seda Huánuco S. A., as of 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is of an applied type, with a correlational level, using a non-experimental correlational design. The population and sample comprised the 57 employees of Seda Huánuco, to whom a survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire as the instrument. Se presenta un resumen de las tres generaciones de la terapia de conducta, destacando en la tercera el papel de las funciones de la conducta en su contexto (especialmente del lenguaje). Se plantea los fundamentos de las Terapias Contextuales Grupales en base a su eficacia y eficiencia habitualmente en servicios públicos de atención psicológica. Se describe los focos de trabajo fundamentales de la Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso de Grupo en referencia a discriminar como forma de derivar respuestas hacia acciones valiosas con sentido en la vida de las personas y por último se presenta de manera resumida nuestra experiencia de trabajo con la Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso de Grupo con problemas ansiosos-depresivos en nuestro contexto de atención de salud mental pública.

The objective of this article is to offer those responsible for the Peruvian health rectorship reflections on sectoral policy derived from the study of the country’s National Health Accounts (1995-2014). While it is true that the country has increased its spending on health from 4.4 to 5.2% of GDP, 33% of its total funding comes from household «out of pocket expense», which indicates that change is necessary.
