Polyribosyl-ribitol-phosphate (PRP) from Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) is an active immunizing molecule used in the production of the vaccine against H. influenzae, and industrial production could contribute to satisfying a world demand especially in developing countries. In this sense, the aim of this study was to establish a scale-up process using the constant oxygen mass transfer coefficient (kLa) such as the criterion for production of PRP in three different sizes of bioreactor systems. Three different kLa values (24, 52 and 80 h−1) were evaluated in which the biological influence in a 1.5 L bioreactor and 52 h−1 was selected to scale-up the production process until a 75 L pilot-scale bioreactor was achieved. The purpose of this research was the Scale of Attitudes for Preparedness in the Face of Social Disasters in the population of the San Diego de Alcalá Association in the district of San Martín de Porres, whose line of research is psychometric. A pilot test consisting of 80 participants of the same association was carried out, in order to validate the instrument, after which the scale was applied to the general sample, which were 350 inhabitants of the selected association. El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar la relación que existe entre el proceso de selección de personal y el desempeño laboral del área administrativa en una municipalidad distrital de Lima en el periodo 2020, por medio de la metodología de diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo correlacional, con una población que comprende a 46 trabajadores del área administrativa y una muestra censal que considera a la población en su totalidad. The purpose of this instrumental design study was to analyze the psychometric evidence of the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) for its application in university students in Metropolitan Lima. A total of 520 students participated, 292 women (56%) and 228 men (44%), between 18 and 61 years of age (M = 24.89, SD = 5.17). The confirmatory factor analysis showed acceptable values for the bifactor model: χ2/gl = 4.645, CFI = .99, TLI = .98, SRMR = .027, RMSEA = .084 (90% C.I., .072, .096) and WRMR = .99. The present instrumental study aimed to describe the psychometric properties of the Coping with Pre-Exam Anxiety and Uncertainty Scale (COPEAU-A) in Chilean university students. 230 first-year students from a university in the north of Chile participated, where 67,4% were women and 32.6% men, with an average age of 18,9 years. By confirmatory factor analysis, using a robust weighted least squares method (WLSMV), five models were compared, finding the best fit indicators in the composite of four oblique factors with 20 ítems (X2=228,795, gl=164, p<,01; X2/gl=1,395; TLI=,929; CFI=,939; RMSEA=,042). The aim of this study is to determine the validity and reliability of the Organizational Culture Types Scale (ETCO). For this purpose, a quantitative, non-experimental, crosssectional, and instrumental study was conducted. A non-probabilistic selection process was carried out with 418 subjects from both public and private companies in Mexico City. The results indicate that, by eliminating four out of the 92 items from its original version, the ETCO demonstrates adequate exploratory and confirmatory factorial validity, as well as high reliability. Furthermore, a comparative profile of organizational culture types is presented by type and size of companies and job level, which enables the support of organizational change and development strategies.

The aim of this study was to provide psychometric evidence of the functioning of the De Jong Gierveld’s Loneliness Scale in university students from Argentina. An empirical instrumental research was conducted, in a sample of 307 university students, between 18 and 54 years old. The Spanish translation of the De Jong Gierveld’s Loneliness Scale and the Spanish translation for Argentina of the Patient's Health Questionnaire were administered. The results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis suggested that this instrument should be considered bidimensional, with an equitable distribution of elements in each factor representing social and emotional loneliness, respectively. Objective: To determine and interpret the perception of the graduates about the teaching-learning process in a School of Private Nursing. Materials and methods: The research approach is mixed. The design is concurrent according to the time of the methods and quant / which according to the priority. The sample consisted of 120 graduates in the quantitative phase, of which 8 were selected for the qualitative phase. The instrument used in the quantitative phase was a Likert scale of 30 items, validated by expert judgment. The general objective of the study was to establish the influence of digital transformation on the profitability of a pharmaceutical distribution company in Trujillo, 2024. The research employed a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and explanatory approach. The population consisted of 96 employees of the company, and a probabilistic sample of 78 participants was obtained through random selection. Questionnaires with ordinal scales were used. A descriptive and correlational analysis was conducted using SPSS software version 26. The results showed a moderate (0.756) and significant relationship, with a 99% influence between digital transformation and profitability.
