El presente trabajo de investigación plantea la mejora del Sistema de Gestión de remesas basado en BPM y LEAN de la Asociación Peruana Central Este, con esta propuesta se busca responder a las exigencias del cliente, de la organización y mejorar el desempeño global. En el presente artículo científico se presentó un modelo propuesto para el proceso de selección empleando técnicas novedosas, tal como, el reclutamiento 4.0 junto a las plataformas digitales, las cuales, se utilizaron como instrumento para realizar la simulación del modelo en el programa Bizagi. Además, se planteó como objetivo, garantizar la realización del proceso adaptado a las nuevas tendencias del reclutamiento y a las medidas optadas por el Gobierno para frenar el avance de la COVID-19; todo ello permitió obtener como resultado un eficiente y eficaz modelo de proceso de selección que garantizó la disminución de tiempo y costos, como también, el cuidado de los participantes del proceso.
