Objective: To determine how the functional barriers faced by MSE in the textile and clothing sector influence the exportable supply. The functional barriers that were identified are: Human Resources, Production and Finance. Method: The present investigation is defined under the quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational type and non-experimental design. Results: The population and sample is not probabilistic or directed, it is conformed by fourteen (MSE) from the textile sector, which have exported between the years 2006-2016 and have been in the process of internationalization on a regular basis for a period of not less than five years. Conclusions: The deficiencies in the areas of human resources, production and finances, generate limitations in 50% of the export (MSE) becoming functional barriers that affect the exportable supply while the remaining 50%, has few limitations ...

The most controversial institution incorporated into the Criminal Procedure Code of 2004 was the sentence of the acquitted, which is the power that the Superior Criminal Chamber has, when resolving the appeal that may have been filed against a previous acquittal sentence issued in favor of the accused (first instance), in being able to amend it in a conviction against this same procedural subject (second instance), sentencing decision that originally could only be questioned by means of the appeal of cassation. However, the national legislator, through Law No. 31592 of October 26th 2022, has decided to briefly reform this adjective norm, where the legal novelty is that this convicted person has the possibility of challenging his sentence via a new appeal, in which the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court is enabled to act as a judicial instance, this according to the exclusive rules of ...

The application of different unit root statistics is by now a standard practice in empirical work. Even when it is a practical issue, these statistics have complex nonstandard distributions depending on functionals of certain stochastic processes, and their derivations represent a barrier even for many theoretical econometricians. These derivations are based on rigorous and fundamental statistical tools which are not (very) well known by standard econometricians. This paper aims to fill this gap by explaining in a simple way one of these fundamental tools: namely, the Functional Central Limit Theorem. To this end, this paper analyzes the foundations and applicability of two versions of the Functional Central Limit Theorem within the framework of a unit root with a structural break. Initial attention is focused on the probabilistic structure of the time series to be considered. Thereafter...

Legitimacy of criminal sanction is originated on its own purposes pursued in a state governed by the Rule of Law. That legitimacy should include the penalty as well as security measures, bearing in mind that both are imposed to someone breaking a rule of conduct, and therefore, someone capable to do it. Reviewing penal capacity or criminal liability concepts is required because if penal capacity means the capacity to understand the reality and adjust the behavior to it, and if every legitimate criminal sanction have to be imposed to someone who have the capacity of break it, then security measures also have to be imposed only to people responsible, capable to understand rules and act in accordance. With regard to people not subject to criminal liability they are standing outside Criminal Law and punish them would be illegitimate. In this line, criminal liability should be seen not only a...

Cavography by transespinosa puncture is a new radiological method used to explore the system of the inferior vena cava. The technique involves the injection of water-soluble contrast material within the bone of the spinous process of the last lumbar vertebrae, in order to obtain the normal or pathological radiological imaging of the inferior vena cava . The dye is driven by the system of vertebral venous plexus to the inferior vena cava, showing the close relationship between the vertebral venous circulation and movement of the inferior vena cava. The examination was performed in 15 patients and angiograms were obtained representative system of the inferior vena cava of normal and abnormal characters. Success was achieved in 14 cases . There was a technical fault failure . This method is recommended for your safety in the entire intrinsic disease of the inferior vena cava and intraperito...

The study sought to determine if there are differences in working memory and executive neuropsychological functions in children with different reading levels belonging to different socio-cultural realities. The sample was 71 students from Huancavelica and 82 students from Lima and Callao from the 3rd. And 4 to. Primary grade, all of Public Educational Institutions. It was a comparative descriptive study. First, the reading processes in the Huancavelica and Lima-Callao groups were evaluated with the PROLEC-R (Cuetos, Rodríguez, Ruano and Arribas, 2007), finding significant differences. On that basis, the Working Memory was evaluated, with subtests of the WISC-IV Test (Wechsler Intelligence Test-2006) and the executive neuropsychological functions with some BANFE tests (Flores-Ostrosky, 2012) in both groups. The results showed significant differences in Working Memory in favor of the Lima...

The forms of production, emission and consumption process of messages have been modified significantly with the advent of digital technologies. Museography doesn´t escape to this phenomenon, as long as the users of the museums have new paradigms in the way of consume information. The process of the transfer of forestry functions, which began in 2009, was not completed; 15 Regional Governments have yet to assume the functions of monitoring and control; as well as administration and control of the forestry and wildlife resource (RFFS acronym in Spanish), provided for in the Organic Law of Regional Government (Article 51°). This situation is due to weaknesses inherent in the decentralization process at the national level, coupled with the weak leadership of SERFOR to lead the decentralization process and promote the decentralized management of RFFS, and, to the little interest of the Regional Governments in assuming these functions. This led an unclear and changing organization, weak operational capacity and capacity-building; among other problems, which have always affected the forest sector; this is the case with deforestation and corruption associated with harve...

This paper highlights the need to examine the role of a constituent assembly within a democratic and constitutional system. To this end, a detailed analysis of the issue is undertaken on the basis of doctrine and constitutional history. It is concluded that the purpose of a constituent assembly is to establish a constituent power and to reform the constitution. Constituent power is the ability of a society to create or reform fundamental rights and the structure of government. Thus, the Constituent Assembly is the way in which the people exercise this power with the aim of amending the existing constitution or creating a new one. However, the author points out that there is one element that cannot be excluded by this power, and that is constitutional democracy. In this sense, this article provides a detailed study that helps to understand what a Constituent Assembly implies as a key enti...

The relationship between family functioning and differentiation of self has been established by classical systemic authors, but little explored by empirical research, especially in Brazil. This quantitative study aimed to analyze the relationship between family functioning and differentiation of self of Brazilian university students. Eight hundred undergraduates of both genders participated in the research, with an average age of 22.7 years. It was found that students with higher levels of differentiation of self perceived family communication and satisfaction more positively. Tangled families proved to be the least favorable to the differentiation process. It was found that males and older undergraduate students displayed higher levels of differentiation. Finally, university students with higher levels of differentiation, who belonged to families regarded as healthy, were more satisfied...

This paper explores the generation process of human capital in a dynamic perspective. In order to do so: a) characterizes the recent evolution of human capital, using as proxy the same results panel of participating countries in PISA; b) explores different specifications of the production function of human capital capable of generating dynamic patterns observed; and c) shows the ability of different specifications econometric literature usually employed to correctly detect the structure of the production function. The observed dynamics are different between countries, highlighting the relative stability in the results of most developed countries, evolution consistent with certain specific properties of the production function. Additionally, the paper identifies the problems in econometric specifications usually employed in the literature to estimate correctly the importance of dynamic fa...
