The present study details the evaluation, analysis and improvement of problem management by applying the ITIL methodology, specifically to the problematic of the problem management processes of the Multi Vendor Services area in IBM Peru and the proposal to improve the current management, the which presents difficulties with the excessive times of solution of problems and increase of operating costs. To carry out the improvement, a sample of 52 records of tickets from a population of 185 corresponding to 120 days was obtained, under which the tests were carried out. En este trabajo se estudia la Teoría de Pre-Semigrupos de operadores lineales en un espacio de Banach, la cuál constituye una generalización de la Teoria de C0 - Semigrupos de operadores lineales. Además se exponen teoremas de existencia y unicidad de solución para el problema de Cauchy abstracto, asociado a esta clase de operadores. Finalmente se estudian propiedades asociadas al control exponencial y un resultado sobre la convergencia de una sucesión de Pre-Semigrupos. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo mejorar la gestión de almacén en un operador logístico en la ciudad del Cusco. En este sentido, se realiza un análisis de los procesos que se llevan a cabo en el operador logístico, bajo la herramienta metodológica SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference). Abstract Objective: To determinate the complications that was occured to the patients with brain aneurysm rupture, at the Hospital Nacional Alberto Sabogal Sologuren from 2006 – 2014, during the pre-operative, intraoperative and postoperative period, we used a quantitative, observational, descriptive transversal and retrospective, study. Methods: We reviewed Clinical History who were operated of brain rupture aneurysm and who qualified of patients to be included. The data obtained was evaluated with complication graphics in three moments analized. Results: From 109 operated patients, we evaluated 67 (61.46%) Clinical Histories. 47 women (70.14%), 20 men (29.85%). Ages varying between 22 and 82. The pre‐feasibility study and design of a biogas recovery and transport system for power generation was carried out. The purpose of this study was twofold: to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) produced by the anaerobic lagoons of the San José (Lambayeque) wastewater treatment plant; and to obtain a renewable energy source that could make the plant self‐sustaining. Initially, information on the current state of the system and on the plant operating conditions was collected. Then, after analyzing the data obtained and applying the guidelines of the Inter‐American Development Bank (IDB) for Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects, the amounts of GHG emitted in the environment was estimated to 33,885 t CO2e / year. After reading this article with interest published by Hidalgo et al regarding agents related to the surgical site infection (SSI) in elderly between the years 2013 and 2017; we found the consideration of certain relevant determinants related to clinical and surgical aspects. These determinants are useful since they are taken as reference in future research work. We found three defined thematics: the first about cognitive development of the mathematics concepts, the second about the process of calculating and solving of problems by the students and the third about the psycho-pedagogic strategies for school use. Respect the first theme we have reviewed two areas, early development (zero to 4-5 years) and operant development (post). Este estudio analiza los resultados del Programa para la Estimulación de las Habilidades Prelectoras, al cual se ha denominado “Leíto. Preparémonos para la Lectura”, aplicado a una muestra de niños y niñas de educación inicial de la Provincia Constitucional del Callao. Actualmente la empresa AVO PERU SAC no cuenta con una automatización en los procesos de Coagulación y Floculación del Agua, presenta problemas en los sistemas de filtrado dado que los niveles de turbidez del agua en la salida de los procesos dichos no es el adecuado y causa un mantenimiento seguido aumentando costos también el retraso en el riego. De acuerdo a los datos recolectados diariamente se obtuvo que los niveles de turbidez era muy altos en las salidas de los procesos y los caudales de inyección del coagulante y floculante no eran los adecuados ya que estos en la empresa son valores constantes. Since letters of intent do not have a specific regime and a ‘standard’ nature, they constitute a problem for the legal operator, as their effects could be of the most diverse. In view of this, the author proposes the determination of their nature, validity and effects based on the particular analysis of the terms of each letter of intent and, by virtue of such analysis, to verify whether Peruvian law may be applicable. The purpose is to establish the necessary parameters to interpret the scope of this type of documents, whose operability is becoming more and more frequent in national and international transactions.
