Research related to the teaching-learning process, for many years, has been a concern of teachers and researchers to transform the traditional role of the student as a spectator and of the teacher as the main actor. The work presented constitutes part of the research carried out by the authors in the search for proposals that transform the teaching-learning process of physics in pre-university education and their objective is to establish the foundations and recommendations for the use of projects as a method that encourages students to become protagonists of their own learning.

The judicial process followed against César Vallejo is one of the most iconic cases of our legal system, as it not only resulted in the imprisonment of our universal poet but also took place when the foundations of our penal system were being reformed. In other words, the trial was an opportunity to demonstrate that our penal system evolved from an inquisitorial to an accusatorial system. Unfortunately, the opposite proved to be true: despite the change of code, the inquisitorial assumptions were unfairly applied against our universal poet with the purpose of ensuring his imprisonment during the instructive stage of the process, that is, before the relevant oral trial to determine his innocence. In this sense, this article seeks to demonstrate how the purpose of this first stage was undermined.

The sample that is the subject of study is a concentrate mainly of gold pyrite, product of the flotation process, from Empresa Minera Aurífera Calpa S.A. The characterization of the concentrate in the UNMSM polarized light microscope shows the presence of pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, electrum, marcasite, pyrrhotite, arsenopyrite, rutile and gangue. In the polished briquette corresponding to the +100 mesh, the presence of electrum has been observed. Errors in the clinical laboratory are very frequent, most of which are mostly during the pre-analytical phase. That is why this research work proposes the identification of pre-analytical errors in the external office area of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital. Sabancaya volcano is one of the most active Central Andes Volcanoes. Historical records reveal an eruptive activity in 1750-1784 AD and more recently in 1990-1998 AD. The most recent eruptive activity of Sabancaya started in November 2013 and is still ongoing (May 2018). This new period of activity has been divided into two stages: the first stage started in 2013 with increased fumarolic activity, and the second stage began on November 6th 2016, characterized by violent explosions of ash and juvenile lava blocks, and generated ash plumes rising up to 5-6 km. The erupted juvenile ballistic material consists of andesites (59.8- 60.2 wt.% SiO2), including plagioclase, hornblende, orthopyroxene, clinopyroxene, biotite, and Fe-Ti oxides. ABSTRACT Different drying accelerators were studied to improve vegetable drying: acetone (AC), ethanol (ET), isopropanol (ISO) and acetic acid (AA). Pre-treatments were performed by immersion of pumpkin cylinders. Convective drying was performed at 40 °C and air velocity 1 m/s. Different aspects were evaluated: drying kinetics, structural changes (microstructure and macrostructure), thermal profile and viscoelastic and rehydration behaviours. The microstructure was modified by pre-treatments, being more pronounced with AC and AA. Thinner cell walls, changes on turgor and extraction of components and air were reported, affecting the mass transfer. Moreover, the microstructural changes reinforced anisotropy and also affected the macrostructure, changing the viscoelastic behaviour. In this study, an analysis of pre-trial proceedings is made, given the new scenario of programming virtual hearings and the subsequent procedural burden that will arise once the state of emergency is lifted. Moreover, operational aspects are raised for the correct application of this procedural institution and statistical data on its use in specialized courts in different parts of the country are evaluated, in order to reevaluate the advantages of pre-trial proceedings as a tool for procedural simplification that leads to an expeditious, effective and timely resolution.

We try to compare two theoretical-methodological approaches in order to identify factors that explain the dependent variables: evaluation stress and coping styles to this stress. On one side, Self theorists assume as independent variable of the evaluation stress the trait anxiety toward evaluation, and as independent variables of the coping stress styles the personal orientation (locus of control internal-external), and the cognitive style (dependence-independence of field). Magma recharge into a differentiated reservoir is one of the main triggering mechanisms for explosive eruptions. Here we describe the petrology of the eruptive products of the last explosive eruption of Tutupaca volcano (southern Peru) in order to constrain the pre-eruptive physical conditions (P-T-XH2O) of the Tutupaca dacitic reservoir. We demonstrate that prior to the paroxysm, magma in the Tutupaca dacitic reservoir was at low temperature and high viscosity (735 ± 23 °C), with a mineral assemblage of plagioclase, low-Al amphibole, biotite, titanite, and Fe-Ti oxides, located at 8.8 ± 1.6 km depth (233 ± 43 MPa). The phenocrysts of the Tutupaca dacites show frequent disequilibrium textures such as reverse zonation, resorption zones, and overgrowth rims.
