The aim of the study was to describe theoretical-practical tools of the professional teaching and learning process as a category of university teaching. Current methods focus on the aspects related to the lessons learned, feedback and information sharing, however many organizations do not establish feedback mechanisms for organizational learning with the lessons learned as a result of process deployment initiatives participation. This paper describes the steps in order to identify the lessons learned as a result to put in practice the processes. The objective of this article is to value the relevance of risk management in supply chains. That is why a group of tools for risk analysis and evaluation were selected and applied in a stakeholder process of a Cuban real estate chain. It was realized using the BestLog case method. The study is classified as qualitative, descriptive and exploratory. It was realized a study of seven tools for the identification of risk with the study of the literature on this subject. The principal results are the identification of the attributes of each tool and the risk matrix of this study case. The theoretical value of this work is the systematization of risk tools, and the practical value is focused on determining actions to mitigate risks in the Cuban case study, and also learning lessons after the initial application of the selected tool.

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of virtual and hybrid teaching methods, leading to substantial changes in educational approaches. This study focused on evaluating the effect of mediating technologies on post-pandemic educational processes, emphasizing their essential role in enhancing interaction and cooperation between teachers and students. Although their relevance is evident, challenges persist in terms of access, quality, and evaluation of technological educational initiatives. Endoscopy is a competitive field in clinical practice, in which skilled endoscopists are in high demand. The learning process for Junior Gastrointestinal Endoscopists (JGEs) is difficult, quite long, and technically demanding. This directs JGEs to seek additive learning sources, including online sources. The purpose of this study was to determine the frequency, context, attitudes, perceived benefits, drawbacks, and recommendations for using YouTube videos as an educational platform among JGEs from the uses'prespective. The aim of this study was to reveal formative assessments as being a component of the teaching-learning process in the university context in post-COVID-19 times. This study has focused on the qualitative approach through the interpretive phenomenological method. The data gathering tool used was that of a semi-structured interview with seven professors from the education and engineering programs at the Universidad Nacional José María Arguedas, Peru.
