Determina las relaciones existentes entre la las prácticas de gestión y la profesionalidad docente en las IIEE públicas de la UGEL Ilo - Moquegua. 2023. El enfoque empleado en el estudio fue cuantitativo de tipo básico de diseño no experimental de alcance correlacional y transversal, porque solo se aplicó una sola medición. Se empleó el muestreo no probabilístico para seleccionar a 178 docentes de diferentes instituciones educativas de la jurisdicción de Ilo. Se emplearon dos cuestionarios, uno por cada variable de tipo Likert de 5 puntos, los mismos que fueron validados con juicio de expertos que aportaron a la mejora del instrumento.
