El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue la Comuna de París y la búsqueda de la libertad. Contexto Económico, social, político e ideológico. 72 días de sueño libertario (18 marzo – 28 mayo 1871) es un trabajo que bajo el enfoque histórico realiza un análisis de los acontecimientos mediatos a dicha revolución, tales como la Revolución Francesa, la Revolución de 1830 y la de 1848, así como los antecedentes inmediatos, tales como la Guerra franco-prusiana. Climate negotiations under the UNFCCC head this year towards the Paris deadline to adopta new legally-binding and universal agreement. This article summarizes the outcomes from the Lima Conference (December 2014), which laid the grounds for negotiations this year, and identifies the most sensible political issues currently addressed by this complex process. It also highlights some objectives and priorities of the Peruvian Presidency of COP20.

Regardless of the difficult scenario facing the Paris Agreement with the recent withdrawal of the US, Peru will continue to comply with its international obligations and consolidating its national policies and frameworks related to climate change. Although Peru entered the international negotiation process late – basically from COP 20 onwards- it has had a decisive participation and influence in its outcome, the Paris Accord. Pero has for over a decade, been developing a robust internal architecture of norms and institutions, to launch the country towards a greener economy. With the difficulties that this means for a developing country like Peru, the future leads inevitably to the search of clean and environmentally friendly and sustainable economies.

Este artículo presenta un nuevo marco de diseño y optimización para un flujo de procesamiento de imágenes impulsado por inteligencia artificial (IA), dedicado a cámaras inteligentes, que supera los principales desafíos relacionados con la eficiencia computacional, el consumo de energía y la flexibilidad. El flujo de trabajo propuesto integra modelos de aprendizaje profundo de última generación, como YOLOv5 y Faster R-CNN, junto con técnicas de optimización, incluyendo la cuantización y poda de modelos. In the age of the Internet, anonymous online users can form a societal reaction by posting large quantities of critique and insulting comments against (perceived) norm violations on social media. These so-called online firestorms, or Enjō in Japanese, tend to include aggressive behavior against the target. This research aims to reveal the dynamics of Enjō and explores how people communicate with each other in the formation process of Enjō by conducting a comparative case study. This study collects tweets posted in five Enjō cases and compares each case to create conceptual categories of the communication process of Enjō. Results show that the participants of Enjō interact with each other to define the problem of concern through exchange of information. Disruptive technologies and their impact on journalism and communication force us to assume challenges in learning new techniques for data and information processing. Interdisciplinary knowledge is evident in the teaching of new professional profiles. Data journalism is an example of this, so the immersion into a data culture must be preceded by awareness in the learning of news applications, algorithms or the treatment of Big Data, elements that configure new paradigms among journalists of the media on the Internet. With the revision of texts, direct observation of selected applications and case study, some conclusions are established that contain a growing demand in the knowledge of new techniques. The results show the use of technological resources and the proposal of changes in the curricula of the communication faculties.

Early studies between 1924 and 1970 in the Peruvian Central Andes described a volcano-sedimentary sequence to the top of Goyllarisquizga Group, in some cases including it in this group. ln the last 30 years, works in Central Peru referring to the Cretaceous (e.g. Chayllacatana Formation) do not give importance to these volcanosedimentary deposits. Recently Romero et al., 2004 developed the first geodynamics interpretations of these sediments assumed the sedimentation during Lower Albi an in the Central Peru. Other works in south Peru mentioned volcanp-sedirnentary deposits in the Matalaque Formation but they do not give a basin geodynamic interpretation. This work tries to understand the geodynamics of the Peruvian continental margin during the Aptian-Albian, for it we focused in the study of Chayllacatana and Matalaque basins.

In the written language, we can lead ourselves by certain norms because of the typology of the language, as the phonological and morphophonemic processes, while in oral language, it is not necessary because it is implicit. When the writers get in the aimara coding, they have to respect the rules called sandhi. That is why we bring it up some aspects to be taken into account for writing prectices.

The paper presents the Aymara suffixes used by Bertonio and compares them with the current suffixes. The suffixes have been classified into derivational, inflectional and independent suffixes, both in nouns and verbs. The author describes processes of grammaticalization as well as lexicalization. The study aims at the revitalization of the language.

Methodology: prior informed consent of the parents, stomatological examination in 109 infants, 56 male and 53 female, was performed. Instrumental was used in clinical examinations, artificial light source of dental unit and a data collection sheet. Results and conclusions: 72,5% of the totality examined infant, showed congenital and developmental oral alterations. The prevalent ones were the Böhn’s nodules with 40,3%, the persistent upper labial frenulum with 30,2% and the Epstein’s pearls with 29,3% of cases. Vitality in the Aimara language can be assessed in several ways and you can be seen it as an endangered language. In this appraisal there are some factors arising from a ground of positive cultural diversity may influence the process of asserting a groups’s own identity or, to understand respect the identity of the others.In this last point the political (ie, attaining official status), religious, scholarly (chair of Aimara), literary (written sources), territorial, identity and ethnic resistance aspects can be seen as factors of vitality. But identity and self-esteem can also be reflected in the number of speakers, by social prestige, availability of media, and its use historical and cultural codification, and ways of expressing each other the words and by oneself.
