La presente investigación tiene por finalidad delimitar cuál es la trascendencia del impacto de los juicios paralelos impulsados por los medios de prensa en los derechos fundamentales del imputado durante la fase de investigación preparatoria en el Perú. En ese sentido, se busca determinar el concepto de los juicios paralelos, y como se identifica la forma en que la jurisprudencia constitucional se pronuncia sobre el conflicto entre la libertad de expresión de los medios y los derechos fundamentales del imputado. Asimismo, se identifica cuáles son los principales actos dentro de la fase inicial de investigación preparatoria que son usualmente mediatizados. The objective of this article is to analize the Argentinian’s Archivos de la Secretaría de Salud Pública (Archives of the Secretary of Public Health) between 1946 and 1950. The interest for this magazine lies in the accomplishment of two objectives: it was a vehicle of disclosure of scientific articles inside the medical community; also it helped letting know the actions about sanity of the government and the political ascent of health minister, the neurosurgeon Ramón Carrillo. This pages allow to understand the organization and institutional dynamics of the state and its agencies and, in parallel, think how was built, historically, the public health as a social right.

The article analyzes the urban leasing policy in contemporary Peru and seeks to explain the origin and permanence of contractual interventionism in urban leasing until the 21st century. All political periods are analyzed, from the governments of Augusto Leguía (1919-1930) to the governments of the last democratic transition (2000-2020) and it seeks to show very synthetically the multiple determinations of contractual interventionism. Canine rabies is a current health problem, very important for public health, livestock production, and the economy. The objective of this research was to evaluate the Spatio-temporal distribution of canine rabies in the period 2009-2018 in Havana, Cuba. A descriptive, retrospective, passive, cross-sectional, observational study was conducted. For the statistical analysis, the Epidat software, version 3.1, based on a Microsoft Excel matrix, was used. The epidemiological indicators were determined: prevalence of cases, monthly time series, and cumulative trend of outbreaks. While, for the spatial analysis, the geographic coordinates were calculated from the centroid of each municipality. In this article, we propose to analyze how healthcare personnel involved in organ and tissue procurement activities use black humor during their daily work. The objective here is twofold: on the one hand, following previous studies, we are interested in showing the role of black humor as a way of dealing with death. On the other hand, we suggest that, in a parallel and complementary way, in this context black humor exposes a performative sense as a form of agency that attempts to modify an adverse reality. This work combines the methodological tools provided by ethnography and conducting open, multi-session interviews. The events revealed during the fieldwork and interviews that associate humor and brain death show the uses, limits and ways in which black humor operates in daily healthcare work of physical and emotional complexity.

La variabilidad de las precipitaciones en la cuenca amazónica (CA) es analizada para el período 1964-2003. Este análisis está basado en 756 estaciones pluviométricas distribuidas en todos los países de la cuenca incluyendo datos de Bolivia, Perú, Ecuador y Colombia. En particular, la reciente disponibilidad de datos de precipitación de los países andinos hace posible completar estudios anteriores.
