Se desarrollaron y validaron por primera vez métodos de HPLC simples, estereoselectivos, precisos, reproducibles e isocráticos para la cuantificación de enantiómeros de hesperetina, naringenina y eriodictiol. Se estudiaron los parámetros farmacocinéticos estereoespecíficos tras la administración intravenosa de hesperetina, naringenina y eriodictiol en ratas, se caracterizaron y modelaron utilizando el software farmacocinético WinNonlin®. Cada flavanona se sometió a una glucuronidación extensa y se eliminó predominantemente por vías no renales. Se observaron diferencias en los parámetros farmacocinéticos entre los enantiómeros. Metal mining is one of the economic pillars of the Peruvian economy. Peru is the main producer of gold, zinc, lead, and tin in Latin America and the second largest producer of copper, silver, and zinc worldwide. Despite its economic importance, mining has also left a plethora of Mining Environmental Liabilities (MEL) whose inadequate waste management represents a risk for both the environment and human health and is a common trigger of social problems. The Cajamarca región is the second región in Peru in terms of the number of MEL sites with the majority of them located in the Hualgayoc district. This paper initially describes aspects of the modeling of structures equipped with energy dissipators Shear Link Bozzo (SLB) and develops two iterative design procedures to select these devices. This methodology is applied to a precast 5-story reinforced concrete building. The SLB energy dissipation devices are initially stiff, but ductile with a range of yielding forces from 36 kN to 900 kN characterized by 52 + 52 standard devices. Moreover, these devices can be combined in parallel giving a very wide range of possibilities for selection and corresponding structural response. In the search for non-destructive inspection forms in fruit quality, in recent years there have been increased studies on the use of hyperspectral images in their quality. The objective of this investigation was to evaluate the level of prediction of quality parameters and maturity stage of the “Kent” mango by a model obtained using hyperspectral images. 120 mangoes were stored at four different temperatures (10, 12.5, 15 and 17.5 °C) at which images of both sides were taken in the near infrared range (890 - 1710 nm), one per day, for 12 days and with two repetitions for each fruit. Objective: The review aimed to assess the structural changes in the craniofacial complex following maxillary expansion assisted by micro-implants, known as the “Miniscrew assisted rapid palatal expander” (MARPE) in patients with maxillary transverse deficiency. In order to standardize a rapid method for detecting C. jejuni in chickens, it was taken cloacal swabs from 50 chickens of seven-week lifetime belonging to several markets of Lima's city. DNA was extracted by using organic solvents and the presence of C. jejuni was detected by means of Nested-PCR using specific primers for 16S ribosomal and hipO genes. In parallel with this rapid DNA-based approach, it was isolated C. jejuni by conventional filtration bacteriological methods and selective culture mediums. The rapid and conventional methods used in this study, detected C jejuni in 48/50 (96%) and 29/50 (58%) respectively. These findings indicate than the rapid method has a higher sensitivity lhan the conventional one.

Este proyecto se centra en evaluar la prefactibilidad de una fábrica de ladrillos a base de PET con el propósito de satisfacer la demanda en la región Lambayeque. El estudio ha arrojado resultados positivos desde el punto de vista comercial técnico y económico. Para cumplir con los objetivos trazados primero se tuvo que determinar la viabilidad comercial del proyecto, para lograrlo se realizó un estudio de mercado, en el cual se realizó el análisis del comportamiento de la demanda y oferta, los resultados revelan una demanda proyectada para los próximos 5 años que alcanza hasta 9 millones de soles en ventas, lo que respalda la viabilidad comercial del proyecto. Style transfer is a natural language processing generation task, it consists of substituting one given writing style for another one. In this work, we seek to perform informal-to-formal style transfers in the English language by using a style transfer model that takes advantage of the GPT-2. This process is shown in our web interface where the user input a informal message by text or voice. Our target audience are students and professionals in the need to improve the quality of their work by formalizing their texts.
