Style transfer is a natural language processing generation task, it consists of substituting one given writing style for another one. In this work, we seek to perform informal-to-formal style transfers in the English language by using a style transfer model that takes advantage of the GPT-2. This process is shown in our web interface where the user input a informal message by text or voice. Our target audience are students and professionals in the need to improve the quality of their work by formalizing their texts. A style transfer is considered successful when the original semantic meaning of the message is preserved after the independent style has been replaced with a formal one with a high degree of grammatical correctness. In Peru, there has been a remarkable growth of arbitration in the last decade, and especially those related to government contracting. Current legislation on the matter is worked to its development, this paper tries to present an approach to the mechanics of arbitration in state contracting, operation, what types of disputes that are resolved and some statistics on what comes regarding arbitration happening on the field.

En el Perú se ha observado un notable crecimiento de los arbitrajes en la última década, y en especial los vinculados a contratación estatal. La legislación actual sobre el particular está colaborado al desarrollo del mismo, el presente texto pretende dar a conocer una aproximación a la mecánica del arbitraje en contratación del estado, su funcionamiento, que tipos de controversias son las que resuelven y algunas estadísticas sobre lo que viene ocurriendo en materia arbitral sobre la especialidad.
