The objective of the research is to analyze the fuel reception, storage, and delivery process in a Cuban fuel distribution company. The methodology is descriptive and quantitative, with a systematic approach to assess the potential impacts of solutions on stakeholders, based on a bibliographic study, as well as an analysis using the General Problem-Solving Method. This contribution analyzes the role fulfilled by International Labor Standards and, specifically, by social clauses in Free Trade Conventions and Agreements, as a way of preventing social dumping and building a social dimension in the globalization and regionalization of economy. The author offers the case of the MERCOSUR Labor and Social Declaration, issued in 2015, which amends that of the year 1998, studying its contents, legal efficacy and supervision mechanisms. He emphasizes the fact that social charters generally limit themselves to recognizing fundamental or basic labor rights already found in the legislation of the member countries, but which are nonetheless useful for hindering attempts to deregulate or relax social and labor provisions.

This study aims to enhance customer satisfaction in the medical uniforms sector through the implementation of process management, focusing on the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Over eight months, the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) method was applied, assessing its impact through surveys on a sample of 378 customers. The mixed-methodological approach integrates quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the influence of process management on customer satisfaction. The purpose of this paper is to explain why the member countries of the Andean Community (AC), have taken so long to complete the Andean Free Trade Area and have repeatedly delayed the deadline for achieving the Andean Customs Union. The go decision-making process arrives to two main findings. First that the top priority for the AC member countries has been to improve their individual chances to negotiate favorable agreements with their major trading partners, which are all outside the AC. Second, that both governments and businesses of the AC member countries rely too heavily on primary exports and tend so to underestimate the importance of the higher value-added content of the intra-AC trade.

Peru is currently undergoing negotiations for free trade agreements with the United States and various East Asian countries. Subscribing to these agreements will give Peru the opportunity to consolidate and deepen the process of international trade liberalization started in the 1990s. In order for Peru to take full advantage of the opportunities that international trade openness bring, it must deepen the reforms that upgrade human capital, make financial markets more accessible, promote high quality public infrastructure and governance, and reduce the regulatory burden. The study aimed to provide the benefits of forfaiting, as a financing tool for international trade. In addition, demonstrate how international payment methods can be used as a financing tool, specifically on the confirmed letter of credit that is used to generate a forfaiting. International trade of aquatic animals is the most important source for pathogens introduction in new areas, beginning cause of huge economic losses in growing animals and ecological damage. In this paper, we analyze Litopenaeus vannamei postlarvae imported for shrimp farming companies of Tumbes from Ecuador, in order to detect pathogens such as the white spot virus (WSV), yellow head virus (YHV), infectious hypodermal and haematopoietic necrosis virus (IHHNV), Baculovirus penaei (BP), Taura syndrome virus (TSV) and necrotizing hepatopancreatitis bacterium (NHPB). For this purpose, 177 samples of postlarvae in 2009 and 274 in 2010 from different larviculture laboratories of Ecuador were processed by the technique of PCR. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo partir de consideraciones teórico conceptuales de la geografía política y económica que buscan dar una explicación otra a la disciplina y práctica de la logística en el ámbito comercial internacional. A través de una revisión histórico-documental, la discusión trata de resaltar el papel de un proceso conocido como “revolución logística”, surgido tras la segunda posguerra y que empujó una serie de transformaciones que coadyuvaron a la producción de una espacialidad integrada bajo una razón logística en diferentes escalas geográficas. Además, busca dar cuenta del nexo existente entre el proceso de militarización global que se ha intensificado en los últimos años a partir de la reestructuración de la geografía del capitalismo neoliberal, conduciendo a la reconceptualización de la seguridad y a su ejercicio.

La presente tesis " WEB APPLICATION WITH BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF MINERALS COLLECTION IN CONSUR TRADING SAC" tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia de la aplicación web que utiliza blockchain para optimizar la gestión de acopio de minerales en Consur Trading SAC. El estudio aborda tres hipótesis centradas en la eficiencia del registro de datos, la mejora de la trazabilidad y la reducción del tiempo en el seguimiento de procesos, empleando métodos cuantitativos y análisis descriptivo e inferencial. The present paper’s objective is to analyze and optimize the procedures in the area of “Contrataciones con el Estado” in LAIVE S.A., which specializes on the production and commercialization of dairy products, meats, and fruit derivatives, using engineering tools. This project begins with a review of the business’s history to then start explaining how does the area “Contrataciones con el Estado” works. This, in order that once the framework in which this area works is understood, the risks can be analyzed. For the execution of the present work, the procedures which could generate economical loses were analyzed, so then a way to minimize the risk could be found. On the other hand, one procedure that was found to be repeated every day, and even if only one human error was made it could generate a waste of additional work time, so then an automatization of this task was made.
