El presente informe de tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la necesidad de implementar criterios a tomar en cuenta en el proceso de desheredación por maltrato de obra o injuria grave y reiterada en el código civil para garantizar y el derecho sucesorio de sus herederos forzosos. Actually, the new discipline called neuroeducation are nurturing us of a lot of contents which help to all teachers to comprehend these processes and regard on several situations of one person. We do not focus on education only in school even without contents which are proposed in class. Now, we must expand our vision in relation to the student, the social and familiar environment. What and how others factors are really involved with the student since our position as teachers, however, we are responsible and engaged to provide an integral and transversal education, that generate as an outcome: individuals of integrity, independence, intelligence, and with a high ability of solving problems.

The research aimed to determine the differences in the influence of cognitive processes on the intention to segregate solid waste between university women and men. The cognitive processes studied are explained using the theory of protection motivation as a basis. The study sample was 189 students from a public university, stratified into 97 women and 92 men. For inferential statistics, the normality test and simple linear regression analysis were used. The results indicate that there is a significant positive influence of cognitive processes on the intention to segregate. The objective of this study was to define a technology package, in order to provide an inventory of the technologies used during the processing of the Peruvian green coffee with specialty coffee qualities to export, supported by a technological management perspective. The methodology relied on a technology package construction, by identifying, describing and quantifying four of its components, based on a systematic literature review, and five professional’s endorsements; each of them knowledgeable of the technologies used in agricultural products processing. The business context has been affected by the action of Covid 19, and companies must react to this new reality. The research analyzes people, processes and technology and their effect on the development of the respective business strategy in small companies in Huancayo, Peru.
