Esta investigación tuvo como principal objetivo, validar la prueba de flexibilidad de la columna lumbar (Testprop), y la prueba de flexibilidad de la columna lumbar de ADRICHEM y KORST (1973) para el sexo femenino y masculino. Participaron 20 estudiantes de practicas preprofesionales que acuden al servicio de medicina física y rehabilitación del Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara – ESSalud (con un pormedio de edad de 23.2 años y desviación estándar de 1.3). Inicialmente, se verificó la confiabilidad y objetividad de las pruebas de flexibilidad de la columna lumbar (Testprop y Testeips). El coeficiente de correlación intraclase mostró que la prueba de flexibilidad Testprop presenta una confiabilidad elevada para el sexo femenino (R = 0,86) y elevada para el sexo masculino (R = 0,85), y demostró haber objetividad moderada (R = 0, 73) para el sexo femenino y elevado (R = 0,96)...

Detalla la definición de un proceso de pruebas de software que consta de las siguientes fases: Análisis del requerimiento, Diseño y Redacción, Implementación, Ejecución de los casos de prueba para aplicaciones de canales digitales; el cual se apoyó en ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board), entidad de certificación global en pruebas de Software. Para la definición y validación del proceso de pruebas se utilizó Scrum por ser la metodología ágil desplegada en la organización. Como resultado se obtuvo una mejor cobertura de los entregables de pruebas mediante la aplicación de técnicas de diseño; se dispone un gestor de casos de prueba Xray el cual permitió la reutilización de los mismos optimizando el tiempo en el proceso y en la generación de los entregables de pruebas.

Para comparar las bondades de la prueba intradérmica única (PIU) y la prueba de gamma interferón (INF) en el diagnóstico de la tuberculosis bovina, se evaluaron ambas pruebas en 155 animales de dos establos lecheros del área de Lima y Callao bajo el Programa de control y erradicación de tuberculosis bovina del Ministerio de Agricultura. Se halló que 51 (32.9%) animales resultaron positivos a la PIU y 32 (20.6%) a la prueba de INF; asimismo, se pudo determinar que 27 animales resultaron positivos a INF de los 51 animales positivos a PIU y 5 entre los 104 animales negativos de la PIU. Evaluados bajo la prueba estadística de Ïndice de Kappa y Chi-2 de Mc Nemar se observó que existe una concordancia moderada entre las pruebas diagnósticas y que no se pueden reemplazar mutuamente entre ellas. It is well known the fundamental importance of the accurate diagnosis of Angina syndrome. According to White, this dindrome constitutes 11.8% of heart disease, demonstrating that it is not that uncommon, especially in recent decades. It is well known, also, the relatively poor prognosis of angina; White on statistics, the average life, after the first attack, only reaches 9.1 years. Finally, it is known that an essential part of preventive treatment of attacks of angina pectoris, is the radical change in lifestyle, which may result, in many cases, very serious consequences for the patient, from the point of view economic and social. This sort of treatment that would interfere primarily in the patient's life and prognosis, as we have said, is relative severity, can only be justified on the basis of a definite diagnosis of the syndrome of angina pectoris.

Under the theoretical framework of Salovey and Moyer a psychometric test has been created to measure Emotional Intelligence. Five domains have been considered for items elaboration: a) Emotional Self-knowledge; b) Emotional Control; c) Self motivation; d) Empathy and e) Interpersonal relations. A randomly sample of 489 first level students was selected from 19 different University Programs which belong to five Academic Areas. The psychometric item analysis permited to take not statistically significant items out. The Test reported internal consistency reliability through Alfa Cronbach Coeficient.
