El presente trabajo investiga la aplicación del Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas (ABP) como metodología didáctica innovadora, que propicia, como logro, la producción de textos argumentativos. El experimento se aplicó en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la Universidad Nacional de Tumbes. The present research investigates the application of Problem-Based Learning (PBL), as an innovative didactic methodology that propitiates, as a goal, the production of argumentative texts. The experiment was applied to students of School of Economic Sciences of the National University of Tumbes. Nuestros estudiantes al terminar el período escolar no son escritores competentes, como lo pide el currículo, pues no dominan los componentes básicos de la expresión escrita. Ante este problema diagnosticado, se realizó la investigación cuyo propósito es proponer la plataforma educativa Canvas para potenciar la redacción de textos argumentativos en los estudiantes de tercero de secundaria. The development of artificial intelligence applications is raising alarms in the educational and professional community. Its potential to paraphrase or write texts make it very tempting to commit dishonest actions. Being a relatively current topic, there are no works that investigate the frequency and uses that students give to these tools in the educational field. The objective of this work was to explore the frequency and perceptions of use of this type of software in high school students of an educational institution. En la presente investigación se abordó un problema que se evidencia en las instancias registrales cuando se pretende inscribir la ampliación de un testamento por escritura pública en este caso de las personas analfabetas, donde por problemas de redacción en el instrumento público el registro viene observando y en todo caso impidiendo que se inscriba dicho acto jurídico, lo cual constituye un obstáculo para la publicidad y seguridad jurídica sobre la transmisión de los bienes del causante a los herederos. This paper identifies the interpretative and qualification legal problems posed by the criminalisation of rape offences in Peru by examining the most contemporary case law and specialised literature. Through a teleological and systematic legal interpretation of these offences and applying a gender perspective, preliminary alternative solutions are constructed. The main legal conclusion reached is that, with the incorporation of the modality of “taking advantage of any other environment that prevents the person from giving free consent” in the offence of rape in its basic modality (article 170 of the Criminal Code), the Peruvian legal system has incorporated a model based mainly on the absence of consent for sex offences. Starting academic life represents a problem to new comers into higher education. This situation is aggravated in the case of students in art-related majors, as there is a pre-conception that these disciplines are oriented towards the development of artistic skills only. However, university life also implies the development of other skills related to academic life. Considering these difficulties, we present in this text some perspectives about the teaching of essay writing and research at university level. We propose that the content of the student’s major field of studies courses should be articulated with the research practice by means of writings that evidence the textualization of the artistic practice, knowledge that is valuable in the specialization.
