The aim of this study was to demonstrate, by flow cytometry, that the percentage of alpaca spermatozoa with high mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) is significantly reduced after the cryopreservation process. Forty-one alpaca testicles were obtained from a local slaughterhouse in the Ninacaca district, Pasco, Peru. The spermatozoa were recovered from the tail of the epididymis with an extender based on skim milk and only those samples with minimum 30% motility and 50x106 spermatozoa/ml were cryopreserved. The MMP evaluation was carried out before and after the cryopreservation process. Each sample was incubated for 10 minutes at 38 °C with MitoTracker Deep Red (100 nM) to determine the percentage of high MMP by imaging flow cytometry. The present work study aimed at evaluating the accuracy of the computerized algorithm included in the TaurusWebs ® software, which allows to calculate the percent of crude protein (% CP) in the dry matter of grasses, from images of grasslands taken by a drone with Red Green Blue – RGB- cameras. The %PC measurements calculated by the algorithm were compared to a reference, Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy (NIRS), from the Corpoica (Agrosavia) Laboratory calibrated for grasses. Brain Computer Interface (BCI) is a communication system based on the recording of brain signals (EEG). The electroencephalogram is the basis and support of the BCI technology. It is a novel technology that allows human-machine interaction in a virtual or physical environment, through a communication channel between the central nervous system and a robotic device. This thesis consists in analyzing and simulates MPLS with DiffServ to demonstrate that the use of the L-LSP is a good solution to improve the throughput in the network. Taking into account that the information produced during a seismic event is of vital importance for the study carried out by seismology, it is necessary to use the appropriate type of instrumentation to record these data. Currently, electronics provides the necessary technology for the study of phenomena of this type. The design and construction of a Digital Accelerograph will allow us to carry out a detailed study of a seismic movement and the effect caused on the structure of buildings. Finally, we can say that the construction of an instrument of this type at a low cost will allow repowering and increasing the CISMID accelerographic network and, in general, improve the knowledge of seismic phenomena at the national level.
