In this research, the design criteria of rewards in construction projects are ranked. In the present study, in order to identify and rank the criteria of employee reward allocation the methods of Demetel and expansion of the performance of fuzzy quality in two steps were used. the results showed that the professional ethics is the most important criterion for reward allocation to the employees in the construction projects. Results show that considering the work environment of construction projects, maintaining discipline and having organizational commitment and helping others is very important. The project focuses on the development of a Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithm designed to detect suicidal comments on the Reddit platform and subsequently perform a negative sentiment analysis for the purpose of providing support to users who may be at risk of suicide. To achieve this goal, the project combines concepts and techniques from artificial intelligence, natural language processing and psychology/psychiatry. To evaluate the efficiency of the project we applied the F1 metric obtaining a fairly acceptable result with respect to a textual classification.

The research is based geomechanical qualification of rock mass, in the underground mining works of the Asonambile Concession (Nambija Mining District), through the Bieniawski’s RMR system (1989) and the Barton’s Q index (2000) in addition to the empirical correlations to determine the Hoek’s GSI index (2002), which allowed defining the geomechanical parameters and with it, the behavior and geotechnical quality of 2,473 linear meters of underground galleries. The geomechanical parameters indicate that mining works located up to 50 m deep from the surface, present a minimal risk of rock bursting; while those located from 100 m, present violent rock bursting, causing instability. The project is focused on celiac people from socioeconomic strata A and B who reside in Santiago de Surco, San Borja, Miraflores and San Isidro districts and who are 15 years of age and older.
