Objective. The research carried out had the objective of analyzing the follow-up process carried out by the accompaniment service for the families of the CUNA MÁS National Program, for an adequate quality management. Methods. It was a research with a quantitative approach, explanatory level, non-experimental design, transectional. The group of specialists from the Territorial Units of the Program was considered as a population, therefore, the sample consisted of 20 subjects. The present article seeks to make known the probative treatment of compliance programs in a criminal proceeding followed against a legal entity. It is necessary to execute a compliance program within a company to achieve effective control and prevention of risks. It also details how the legal entity, in its status as a procedural subject, must prove the effectiveness of said compliance program in order to be exempt from liability for the commission of an offense carried out by a manager or subordinate belonging to the business organization.

The teaching of human parasitology is essential for students of health sciences, especially medicine, because it is a major global public health problem―occurring with high frequency in low-income countries―and because of its presence in countries considered developed. This article discusses the various meanings attributed to the concept of research methodology, based on an analysis of the study plans and programs of three doctoral programs in education in Mexico. These programs have well-established faculty and have produced several generations of trained students. The article outlines the methodology used to analyze the curricular discourse related to the concept of research methodology, and presents findings that highlight the different interpretations given to key elements of this concept across the three programs. The results reveal nine major attributions of meaning to the concept of research methodology, with varying degrees of similarity across the three programs. The education of programming has between its main objectives, the development and the formation of skills on the part of the students, who make possible the resolution of problems of the school, professional or of the practical life taking into account the different resources that offer the languages of programming. In the training course of computer teachers, this process has some characteristics that distinguish it. The teachers to be must develop the skill and at the same time to appropriate of the necessary procedures to direct this process in the school. This article presents the main results obtained regarding this topic during the teaching learning process of several subjects of Programming in the training of Informatics teachers, with the systematization of living experiences, during nine years.

La exclusión social ha sido una característica de larga data en América Latina. Los países de la región han estado promoviendo, en los últimos veinte años, procesos de transformación o construcción de sus sistemas de protección social destinados a reducir la pobreza y la exclusión social. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of the “Oral Expression in the Classroom”program in the development of the Oral Expression and Comprehension of the English language in the second year of secondary education. This research is basic of a quantitatively approach, which design was pre-experimental, and participants were 14 students. For this study’s development, it was necessary to elaborate an instrument which was validated by experts in this area.
