En la jurisdicción de la Provincia de San Martín y especialmente en el Distrito de Tarapoto, la eliminación de los residuos sólidos constituye desde hace mucho tiempo un gran problema para nuestra sociedad; en los residuos urbanos se ven incrementados por el creciente uso de las tecnologías de información en todos los aspectos del quehacer humano, esto clase de residuos son clasificados dentro de la línea gris. This article presents a methodology that applies natural language processing and classification algorithms by using data mining techniques, and incorporating procedures for validation and verification of significance. This is conducted according to the analysis and selection of data and results based on quality statistical analysis, which guarantees the effectiveness percentage in knowledge construction. The analysis of computer incidents within an educational institution and a standardized database of historical computer incidents collected by the Service Desk area is used as case study. This study addresses process optimization in a microenterprise specializing in dressmaking in Peru, which faces high levels of material waste and inefficient production methods. The company had an average monthly material waste rate of 18%, exceeding the values observed in other companies in the sector, impacting costs and sustainability. The PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology was used to identify the root causes of inefficiencies, such as the lack of standardized work methods, improper use of tools, and suboptimal cutting templates. Objective. To determine the relationship between public management and the results-based budget in the Dirección Regional de Educación Huánuco. Methods. The descriptive method was used. The population consisted of 56 workers in charge of planning, executing and monitoring institutional management. The survey and bibliographic compilation were used as data collection techniques; then, in order to analyze the results, they were tabulated, tables and graphs were prepared and interpreted. Results.
