Este documento evalúa el impacto de un programa de crédito educativo sobre el tiempo necesario para concluir los estudios universitarios en una universidad grande en Perú. Los préstamos han sido entregados a estudiantes con bajos ingresos que muestran un desempeño académico satisfactorio. La decisión de aplicar o no por un préstamo depende de cada estudiante, por lo tanto el análisis de regresión simple podría fallar en la estimación de este impacto debido al problema del regresor endógeno. En este estudio se utiliza una aproximación de variables instrumentales, y se encuentra que los estudiantes con préstamos obtienen sus grados más rápidamente que similares estudiantes sin préstamo.

As a consequence of the 2007 financial crisis, companies have been focusing on managing the risks of normative infringement as an integral part of the notion of a business risk. This practice is encouraged by the implementation of normative with cross-border effects and reach, as well as by the growing internal regulations of autonomous criminal liability of corporate bodies systems.In the context of the circumstances described, in the present article the author analyzes: (i) the practical performance of the Criminal Compliance programs; (ii) their minimum content to exonerate or mitigate the criminal liability of the corporate bodies involved in a crime or offence; and, (iii) the challenges for the lawyer specialized in Criminal Law that this new approach of criminal preventingcounseling enforces.

A responsible parenthood program located in parochial clinics of several slum areas, initiated in April 1967 and oriented within a Roman Catholic approach is described. Educational aspects receive major emphasis through a system of catholic couples, social workers and family educators. These act  giving information on moral as well as medical aspects of responsible parenthood. Oral contraceptives have been provided to 4,028 women for up to two years post-partum for child spacing.  Additionally a rhythm clinic is also in operation. Fertility data as well as dato on side effects of oral contraceptives is provided.

This study analyzes factors that allow local officials to overcome design distortions generated during the process of registering beneficiaries of the «Vaso de Leche» Program in a context in which these beneficiaries are powerful social actors who have a capacity for collective action. This study was conducted between 2002 and 2010 in Villa El Salvador, a district of metropolitan Lima. Villa El Salvador municipal authorities selected beneficiaries without considering the target population as established by the official regulations. This variation from established norms is understood in this study as a «design distortion». To determine the relationship between the Articulated Nutritional Program (PAN, by its Spanish acronym) and chronic malnutrition in children under 5 years old in the Panao Health Micro Network, Pachitea Province, Huánuco Region (Peru), for the period 2018-2021. Methods: A correlational study with a non-experimental design was conducted. Secondary data from DIRESA-Huánuco and the Friendly Consultation web portal of the Ministry of Economy and Finance were used to estimate Pearson's correlation coefficient. This paper, resume a research that had as objetive build a future scenario to 2040 for programs that promote the innovation in Perú, inside the competitive intelligence. In order to achieve this goal, it considered a simple of 10 experts of differents organizations, and Through the implementation of interviews and surveys It was possible to identify 37 variables of the system, of which 23 were considered as keys, and with them built the future scenario. It’s a prospective research, therefore based on consultation with experts, the main difficulty encountered he resided in the availability of these; however, this was solved.

The present study is economic - technical proposal for the fortification of the agricultural productive chains in its primary link, developed in the zones of direct influence of Southern Peru. The study includes the characterization, the identification and the diagnosis of the main productive chains. This diagnosis allowed to select to the productive chain of the oregano like the one of greater economic impact for the agriculturists of the zone, concluding the work with technical proposals in the short and long term, with the objective economically to fortify the position of the primary agents.

The study focused on the results obtained through the Labor Skills Certification service provided by the Impulsa Peru Program of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) during the years 2011 - 2016, according to the regulations established by the General Directorate of Vocational Training and Labor Training (DGFPCL), as well as the guidelines of Budget Program 0116 “Improvement of Employability and Labor Insertion - PROEMPLEO”. These results were measured based on two key indicators such as the level of work experience and the level of salary, which are linked to the employability of a person.
