Determina cómo contribuyó la retroalimentación con refuerzo positivo en los comportamientos seguros por parte del personal de producción. El Programa de Seguridad Basado en el Comportamiento implementado tiene el objetivo de reducir los accidentes laborales mejorando la seguridad de la planta y reforzando los comportamientos seguros de su personal, para ello el modelo de la Tarjeta de Observación de comportamientos fue aplicado por 26 líderes en cada uno sus equipos, quienes eran trabajadores del área de producción en el periodo agosto 2013 a diciembre 2015.
