The aim of the present study was the adaptation and evaluation of the psychometric properties of the life skills test in young Mexicans. Sample, 275 young students of upper secondary education and undergraduate degree, 43.6% of the Centro Universitario del Sur, 37.8% Centro Universitario de los Valles, and 18.5% of upper secondary education of the University of Guadalajara of the state of Jalisco, México. The 30.5 males and 69.5% women, the range between 16 and 29 years, ME 20 and 2.39. As for the occupation, 90.9% referred to be a student, 8.7% studied and worked and. 4% studied and home. Instrument: Life skills Test. Results. They demonstrate that the life skills test has adequate psychometric properties in this population, so it is an appropriate instrument to measure life skills in young Mexicans.

The optimal selection of orthodontic archwires allows the professional to make the treatment in an efficient way; therefore, the knowledge of basic mechanical properties is required, which are not revealed by their manufacturers. The purpose of the research is to analyze the incidence of public investment on the collection of property tax in local governments of the southern macro region of Peru during the period 2010 to 2020. The type of study is applied, under the quantitative approach, design is not experimental, longitudinal panel type, descriptive and explanatory. The data for each municipality was extracted from the informative portal of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) segmented through cluster analysis. The origin of the mining property, along the history, has been explain through the basis of two theories. The theory of the accession and the theory of the separation. The first part reffers to the unit of the soil and the subsoil; the second one distinguishes and separates the property of the soil from the subsoil. The theory of the accession considers that the surface (soil) and the deposit (subsoil) are a unit as the mineral deposits are incorporated into the superficial property. We study a system formed by M dimers through half-filled two-site Hubbard model, with two electrons. Our approach use the third version of Nonextensive Statistical Mechanics as tool for calculating thermodynamic and magnetic parameters such as entropy, internal energy, magnetization and specific heat. In the computer simulations, we vary the q entropic index values between 1 and 2, such that, q = 1.0, 1.4, 1.7 and 2.0. These values are interesting to study small magnetic systems. We find the critical temperature regions in simulations with the simple Hubbard model, i.e. without the intersite interaction. For other side, adding this additional term, we notice an enlargement and shifting of the thermodynamic parameters comparing with the obtained from simple Hubbard model; even more, we found in some cases the absence of the critical temperature regions.

It describes the chemical characteristics and the effects of Ayahuasca consumption, in order to know the current status of the discoveries to date regarding their pharmacological properties. A literature review was performed on studies of ayahuasca until 2013 in English, Spanish, and Portuguese in the databases of PubMed, PsycINFO, Psyke, Psicodoc, and Redalyc; as well as chapters in books and literature obtained from related research. It is concluded that one of the components of ayahuasca – harmina – can be used to treat different pathologies.

The matrimonial property regime is a crucial aspect of family law, since it regulates the management of property, rights and obligations between the spouses. Article 295 of the Peruvian Civil Code of 1984 establishes that future spouses may choose between two property regimes: community property and separate property. Under the first regime, property acquired during the marriage is considered social property, the purpose of which is to support the household economy and prioritise family interests. On the other hand, under the separation of property regime, each spouse retains individual ownership of his or her assets. In this work, the author carries out an exhaustive analysis of the matrimonial property regime, examining the key points of both regimes and providing relevant information for a more complete understanding of the subject.

One of the biggest problems faced by the researcher who is interested in studying property in Andean communities is that there is not only one solution. After 400 years of being exposed to multiple pressures from Western society, the Andean world, in order to survive, learned to camouflage itself under the cultural clothing of the dominators.
