This commentary focuses on the importance that DNA sequence analysis has in biodiversity studies and the need for improving administrative procedures regarding biodiversity research in Peru. Given the rapid loss of biodiversity and natural resources in many areas of Peru, research aimed at identifying, characterizing, and describing biodiversity is a priority for developing appropriate conservation and mitigation strategies. For cur-rent and future research on Peruvian biodiversity and conservation, we emphasize the importance of using an integrative taxonomy approach, including the study of evolutionary processes associated with areas of high biodiversity and endemism. In the present work, the ethical concepts of Jonas are analyzed: the principle of responsibility and the new imperative and their discussion with the use of nuclear weapons. Therefore, the notions of technique (techne), nature (physis) and modern technique will be described. In these descriptions it will be possible to appreciate the extension of the power of modern technology and the possible negative repercussions that it could have against the possibility of the conservation of human life and nature. Thus, the use and possession of nuclear weapons will be taken as a matter of ethical questioning.

This study has been carried out in order to internalize the process of modernization of the Armed Forces by analyzing its organization and the design of its forces. Objective. The main objective of this research is to understand the extent to which human resource empowerment influences the modernization framework of Public Administration in the Provincial Municipality of Ambo, taking into consideration fundamental aspects such as the characteristics and principles of empowerment. Methods. The research is applied and of a descriptive correlational level. Data collection techniques included documentary analysis and content analysis. The article considers the built heritage as a product of the management of public works by the State during the 19th century. Jung’s theoretical framework, we argue that the law is animated by psychic contents of archetypical nature, which shape the way in which humans relate with rules and authority and impact how we regulate as a society. The paper introduces myth interpretation as a means to comprehend that animic dimension of law and describes the concepts, techniques and cares that should guide the analysis.
