The present study sought to determine the incidence of authentic evaluation in the improvement of argumentative written composition in virtual environments of a private university in Lima. It was carried out under a quantitative approach, with a level of explanatory research. The sample consisted of 40 first-year students from a private university in Lima. They worked through the construction of argumentative texts in a collaborative way and they had to apply the writing threads proposed by Flower and Hayes (1996). Booklets were used and students were given a controversial question, from which the construction of their text would start. The results allow asserting that the authentic evaluation enables the student to become aware of the aspects on which he will be evaluated prior to carrying out the activities, in this case, the rubric represents a successful instrument for achieving this...

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive review of the literature and develop a model of the determinants, indicators and effects of destination competitiveness (DC), as well as several propositions. Design/methodology/approach: This study thoroughly reviewed extant literature to develop a conceptual model and propositions. Findings: Two key findings are listed below. First, 12 different environmental factors are identified and 12 propositions are developed linking these environmental factors to DC. The monastery of Santa Clara is one of the largest and most prestigious convents founded in the city of Lima during the 17th century, and which continues active even today. This article describes the social role played by women residing in the capital of the Viceroyalty of Peru; the political and social context in which it was immersed when it was founded is analyzed, as well as the motivations of its founders for the creation of this religious institution. Each and every one of the South American societies have peculiarities and specificities. In the Peruvian case, its peculiarity is the weight of its history. Its specificity: that it is impossible to explain much of the affairs of its present without considering its remote antiquity. In other words, the destruction of its Indigenous Civilization, made by the Spanish (Indigenous America as a whole, since the end of the 15th century, was destroyed by the Europeans as part of the expansion and domination of the West over the World) and known as Conquest, it is just a different and new stage in a millennial historical-social construction process. This article aims to analyze the concept of human security and its multidimensionality in the international context according to the historical evolution of security; having as a starting point the various instances promoted by the United Nations and by different countries since 1994, which is characterized by its universal nature, centered on people and interdependence, focused on conflict prevention and cooperation. This article tries to analyze the apparent insufficiency of theoretical criteria or approaches used in the restor- ative processes of Cusco’s vice regal architecture carried out in the last fifteen years.
