This paper analyze the normative and jurisprudential development of the constitutional right to freedom of association. In the first place, it establishes the constitutional, conceptual and international frame of reference. Then, it seeks to clarify the conceptual difference between the notions of “capacity” and “legitimacy” to negotiate and evaluate the impact that this has on collective bargaining. Likewise, the legal possibility is analyzed that the parties delimit subjectively and temporarily the scope of a collective agreement and that they can freely set the bargaining levels. Finally, it is stated that union benefits, such as the union leave, are also an integral part of the constitutionally protected content of freedom of association.

The dry forests of northern Peru are home to extensive populations of algarrobo (Neltuma spp.). Its fruit serves as feed for goats and is used in various agro-industrial products. However, the nutritional quality can be influenced by the physicochemical properties of the soil and vegetation coverage. The objective of this study was to understand and predict the concentration of protein and ether extracts of carob and evaluate its relationship with soil properties and vegetation indices. Principal component analysis (PCA) and correlation analyses were conducted. The prediction of protein and ether extract was carried out using the Eureqa-Formulize software 1.24.0. In the PCA, protein showed a positive relationship with ash and ether extract but a negative relationship with moisture. Likewise, moderate correlations were observed between protein and ash content (0.51). Protein also showed p...

Purpose: The aim of this article is to establish a theoretical-methodological proposal to study discursive interactivity from a multidisciplinary perspective different from the traditional structural and quantitative media research. The sociological definition of interaction and the basis of discourse analysis –as a theoretical discipline and scientific method– are assumed to propose a concept of interactivity that addresses the double materiality of the term: as a structure and a process. Methodology: Grounded theory becomes a methodological strategy and is complemented by the bibliographic-documentary method and discourse analysis. By means of theoretical sampling, codification, constant comparison and theoretical saturation, a category is determined that emerges as central, for which the following are established: conceptual definition, dimensions, subcategories and indicators. Re...

This paper proposes an interpretation of the renowned last section of Hume's Natural History of Religion, after examining this work and its relations with some of his other works. The aim of this study is to give the clues to understanding Hume's critique of a rationally founded natural religion. The paper mainly contends that Hume destroys the basis for a rational religion independent or autonomous regarding superstition. He does so by means of a historical analysis of religious belief's process embedded in human nature's principies. All forms of religion are, therefore, some form or other of superstitious belief.

Tropaeolum tuberosum Ruíz y Pav. (mashua) is a tuber cultivated in Andean zones as Huancavelica, with traditional use in food and functional potential due to its content of bioactive compounds. Due to its short fresh shelf life, its preservation is required. Hot air drying, an alternative to solar drying, can affect the stability of these compounds depending on the temperature applied. Therefore, the objective was to evaluate the effect of temperature (50, 60, 70 and 80 °C) of hot air drying on remaining water content (Y) and total phenolic content (TPC) in three morphotypes of mashua (Zapallo, Sangre de Cristo and Negra). The tubers were washed, disinfected with sodium hypochlorite (50 ppm), cut (2.5 mm), and dried (150 g) for 16 h. Free moisture was determined in the dried samples. They were then ground (particles < 850 μm) and extracts (80% methanol, 50 mg/mL) were prepared for ...
