The present study sought to determine the incidence of authentic evaluation in the improvement of argumentative written composition in virtual environments of a private university in Lima. It was carried out under a quantitative approach, with a level of explanatory research. The sample consisted of 40 first-year students from a private university in Lima. They worked through the construction of argumentative texts in a collaborative way and they had to apply the writing threads proposed by Flower and Hayes (1996). Booklets were used and students were given a controversial question, from which the construction of their text would start. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive review of the literature and develop a model of the determinants, indicators and effects of destination competitiveness (DC), as well as several propositions. Design/methodology/approach: This study thoroughly reviewed extant literature to develop a conceptual model and propositions. Findings: Two key findings are listed below. First, 12 different environmental factors are identified and 12 propositions are developed linking these environmental factors to DC. This article tries to analyze the apparent insufficiency of theoretical criteria or approaches used in the restor- ative processes of Cusco’s vice regal architecture carried out in the last fifteen years. The valeric acid derivatives were studied, both derived amines (07) and esters (04). The structures were optimized to their fundamental state, which were characterized by respective frequency calculations. The analysis of the global and local reactivity of all the structures was performed, finding little relevance in the information of the global indexes. The local reactivity indexes, such as the Fukui Functions, were really enriching of the knowledge of the valeric acid systems, for their potential in the reaction with the GABA receptor. Likewise, now report that the substituting effect is only carried out for the case of reactions with nucleophiles, but it is not very relevant in the reactions with electrophiles, being the electron attractors the ones that help in an improvement of the center reactivity power

This paper addresses the new problems arisen after the recent judgement from the Spanish Constitutional Court ratifying revisable permanent prison. We need to bear in mind that Constitutional Law 1/2015 introduces permanent revisable prison for the very first time in the Spanish sentencing system. This sentence faced serious problems of constitutionality that were highlighted by a report made by a group of experts that would serve as a basis for the action of unconstitutionality presented in June the 30th 2015. The aim of this article is to present the characteristics of emotional regulation in adolescents according to biological and social aspects, with emphasis on the role of context and its influence on the process of emotional management. A bibliographic review was conducted in the Scopus, Science Direct and EBSCO Host databases, it was considered articles published between years 2011 and 2021 with the terms emotional regulation, adolescents, natural environments, context; as well as bibliographic material related to development and adolescence with earlier dates. Family resilience assessment scale (FRAS): assessing its internal structure in the Brazilian context

It aimed to gather evidence psychometrics of the Family Resiliency Assessment Scale (FRAS). Two studies were carried out with participants from different states in Brazil. In the first (n = 314), the majority female (56.4%), with an exploratory factor analysis being performed, which suggested a three-factorial structure, with adequate precision. The study 2 (n = 336), the majority female, who undergoing hemodialysis (46.4%). Confirmatory factor analysis corroborated the structure tetra-factorial (family communication and problem solving, maintaining a positive outlook, using social resources and economics, and family spirituality). Therefore, the results showed that the reduced version of FRAS can be an alternative to assess family resilience and its correlates.

The objective of the study was to describe the frequency of preventive detention criteria and their interpretation concerning potential environmental justice from substantialist, proceduralist, and mixed criteria perspectives. The study, with a quantitative approach, analyzed 120 preventive detention cases in the Superior Court of Justice of Cañete (2016-2017), Lima, Peru using a structured questionnaire and SPSS v25 for data analysis. The results indicated that 58.3% of cases applied substantialist criteria, prioritizing the severity of the crime, while 25% applied proceduralist criteria, and 16.7% used mixed criteria. Although substantialist criteria ensure environmental protection, they could compromise rights such as the presumption of innocence.
