In this paper, the technical, financial and legal feasibility of employing solar cogeneration for the food industry sector in Peru will be demonstrated. In consequence, we will quantify the electric and thermal energy obtained from a conventional Rankine cycle, with the particularity that the water used to condense the steam that exits the turbine will be employed for the required processes in the industrial plants, because of the high temperature obtained from the heat exchange with the steam. Este artículo presenta una técnica para mejorar el proceso de diseño industrial de transistores de microondas, basado en un diseño de experimentos mejorado (DOE) y un modelado electrotérmico (MET) expandido. This research work is the experimental design of a process for application-level pilot plant in the industrialization of the goose, aimed at developing nectar mix (mixture of goose with tuna) and confit of goose. In experiments development of nectar it has been determined that the mixture of improved organoleptic characteristics in which it made with a 20% Pear. Regarding the confit was used sucrose syrup from 30 to 75 ° Brix concentration being found that the optimum time for each dive is 24 hours.

This research covers the technical and soft skills required in software development, a globally in-demand activity. These skills are required to efficiently perform in a very globalized, competitive field. Previous studies show the existence of a gap between industry and academia. Training centers provide professionals with technical skills, but as of late, the need for soft skills has become apparent, making it important to study and find ways to embed them into the professionals who join the industry. The application of Personal Software Process (PSP) methodology helps students to strengthen their skills in the software development process, however, the method is not widespread in academia nor industry. This article shows the importance of soft skills, according to Latin American companies, and how PSP can reduce the skills gap.

This paper presents a methodology for designing a strategy proportional integral controller (PI) given that the policy will be implemented in an industrial process controller. The design considers the modeling of the plant through analog techniques of system identifi cation. It is used in controller design algorithm discrete digital PI controller that is running the process controller used. Considered for the design specifi cations of closed loop time response primarily to obtain a settling time line that you can be met without exceeding the range of the control signal that can deliver the process controller used.
