Este estudio tuvo como propósito identificar los efectos del programa ART-EMO en los niveles de inteligencia emocional de jóvenes voluntarios que trabajan con niños en una entidad privada. La muestra fue compuesta por 10 participantes cuyas edades oscilaban los 21 y 30 años; el 10% eran hombres y el 90% mujeres. Se aplicó, en dos condiciones de tiempo, el Inventario de Inteligencia Emocional en adultos: EQ-i-M20 creado por Pérez-Fuentes et al. (2014) y validado en una población de estudiantes peruanos por Domínguez-Lara et al. (2017). Para fines de la presente investigación, en el 2017 se elaboró el programa ART-EMO mediante un diseño cuasi experimental con un solo grupo, considerándose a Guerrón (2015) como referente. The population was made up of 214 students from the different specialties offered by the Enrique López Albújar Higher Institute of Technology in Ferreñafe. The study aimed to determine the effect of the implementation of the program "Manage your Talent" in competence assertive communication skills and teamwork. A quasi-experimental research design was used with pre-test - intervention - post-test with control group. The sample included 28 supervisors of a private company, 13 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group. A type of purposive sample was used. The results suggest a positive impact of the program to significantly increase competition achievement assertive communication (U = 3.5, Z = 4.58, *** P <.000), just as in effective dialogue dimensions (U = 8.0), feedback (U = 10.0), conflict resolution (U= 7.0) and non-verbal communication (U = 4.0), the skills of this competence in the highest increase was recorded were effective dialogue and nonverbal communication. This investigation was done in order to identify students with low levels of protective factors in suicidal risk (assertiveness, effective communication, self-esteem, decision making), evaluated with a questionnaire Ad Hoc (authors) and complementary the suicide risk, assessed with the Suicide Risk Questionnaire of Plutchik, in130 students of second, third and fourth year of a State School in the town of Huánuco, Peru. 29% (38 students) fulfill the inclusion criteria mentioned. El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional consistió en la aplicación de un programa a un niño de 7 años con diagnóstico de TDAH. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo general incrementar el nivel de eficacia atencional y como objetivos específicos mejorar la percepción visual y la eficiencia atencional mediante técnicas cognitivas conductuales, gimnasia cerebral, discriminación visual y actividades lúdicas. Para su evaluación se realizó la comparación de un pre-test y post-test mediante el Test Percepción de diferencias Caras - R.
