The study was developed in a faculty of education of a public university of Lima, on a sample of 260 students pertaining to the first year of studies. In this investigation study the correlations that could exist between the academic yield of the students and the perception who these have of the academic quality of their educational ones, for it I am used an instrument to evaluate the quality of the teachers and the notes that the students obtained during the first academic year. The results of the psicométrico analysis, demonstrated to the validity of constructo and the trustworthiness of the Inventory of Educational quality. Objective: Effects of a program to develop the Emotional Intelligence in pupils of the sixth degree of primary education. Design: Experimental study with design cuasi experimental, realized in pupils of the sixth degree of primary education of the city of Lima in 2005. Material and methods: Applied Sampling was of the intentional one; the sample for the study was shaped by 80 students; 40 of state colleges and 40 of not state colleges, in every case 20 shaped the experimental group and 20 the group of control. According to working hypothesis from this further research, the aggressor behavior predisposed factors (husband or partner),this is, his tendency to exert physical and psychological violence against his partner and children, It’s originated in a violent environment in which the aggressor developed his childhood associated to lack of affection and material things. The same type of predisposed factors, also influences in the perceptions and interpretations of the attacked woman, in respect of the familiar violence, in what she and her children are victims.
