El propósito de este estudio fue analizar el impulso que la pandemia provocada por el nuevo coronavirus covid – 19 brindará a la aceleración de la automatización de los procesos de la Logística Portuaria en el Puerto del Callao en Perú. El estudio se realizó desde un enfoque cualitativo, usando el método conceptual – inductivo y fenomenológico como métodos específicos. Asimismo, para el recojo de la información se utilizó la técnica de entrevistas a profundidad aplicada a seis especialistas involucrados con el Puerto del Callao y sus diferentes operaciones. En el presente artículo científico se presentó un modelo propuesto para el proceso de selección empleando técnicas novedosas, tal como, el reclutamiento 4.0 junto a las plataformas digitales, las cuales, se utilizaron como instrumento para realizar la simulación del modelo en el programa Bizagi. Además, se planteó como objetivo, garantizar la realización del proceso adaptado a las nuevas tendencias del reclutamiento y a las medidas optadas por el Gobierno para frenar el avance de la COVID-19; todo ello permitió obtener como resultado un eficiente y eficaz modelo de proceso de selección que garantizó la disminución de tiempo y costos, como también, el cuidado de los participantes del proceso.

The Peruvian State has sustained a policy of systematic abandonment of science and technology, an attitude that has relegated us to the last places in Latin America. This situation is currently aggravated by the pressure exerted by the US to modify patent regulations in its favor, which could slow down national learning processes and reduce the technological gap. In addition, transnational companies reduce the research and development actions of their local subsidiaries. A national consensus is urgently needed to establish a new institutional framework that turns research and technological innovation into the key link in the irreversible leap to development.

The purpose of this article is to review the scope of the regulatory framework to curb gender-based political violence against indigenous women in Mexico and particularly in the state of Oaxaca. It is concluded that despite the legal transformations and procedures through which attempts have been made to address the problem, there is currently no adequate statistical information that is easily accessible to the public, to accurately measure the impact on structural violence to which indigenous women are subjected. The construction of diagnoses and public policies is proposed under dynamics of horizontal participation with a perspective of legal pluralism and interlegality, in order to enable a broad dialogue between Western law and the radical struggles and transformations that indigenous women claim in their own processes and legal systems.

In this article, I propose that sexual harassment has become part of the institutional culture at universities, however socially normalized throughout history. As a consequence of movements such as #Metoo, Notoneless (Niunamenos), No more silence (Se acabó el silencio), and others, female university students, many groups and collectives have gained strength and begun to make political demands for safer educational environments, especially against sexual harassment. This is partly possible since important regulations to stop this form of violence were set in 2018, containing obligations both for public and private universities. I suggest the adoption of regulations is insufficient in order to stop sexual harassment at higher education institutions. The objective of this study is to design the business continuity management system (BCMS) of the Ravmar freight agency, based on the ISO 22301:2019 standard. The work method is analytical-descriptive and applied management. To do this, virtual interviews were held with Ravmar's Senior Management to learn about its processes in detail and, then, all the information obtained was analyzed in order to determine the company's level of compliance with the requirements of the ISO standard. This study examines the relationship between environmental concern and well-being among adolescents in rural communities, recognizing that these perceptions influence urbanization processes in Bolivia. The research was based on surveys administered to 639 adolescents, aged 12 to 18, across four rural communities, using validated instruments such as the Environmental Concern Scale and the Satisfaction with Life Scale. The findings show a positive association between well-being and a stronger emotional connection with nature. In contrast, attitudes such as environmental apathy or an exclusively human-centered (anthropocentric) perspective tend to be linked to lower levels of well-being. These results highlight the need to address issues such as eco-anxiety and to create opportunities for young people to engage in environmental initiatives within their own territories. The article analyzes deforestation and forest loss in the Condorcanqui Province, Amazonas, during the 2001 to 2020 time period. It is observed that year 2020 experienced the highest deforestation rate, indicating a significant increase compared to previous years. This large-scale deforestation can have serious environmental consequences, such as, biodiversity loss and increased greenhouse gas emissions. On the other hand, year 2009 shows the lowest deforestation rate, indicating a decrease in forest loss compared to the previous year. However, a negative rate does not necessarily imply a net increase in forest coverage, as it can reflect regeneration or compensation processes in previously affected areas. Objective. To determine the amount of counterfeit drugs admitted to the National Center for Quality Control of the National Institute of Health during the period 2015-2019 and the socioeconomic and public health consequences in our society. Methods. The analysis of the information collected corresponds to counterfeit medicines. This information was processed in a structured spreadsheet with the necessary parameters. Results. Counterfeit medicines in relation to the total medicines analyzed were: 5.7; 7.2; 4.9; 17.0 and 13.3% in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively. Of 547 counterfeit medicines, according to the ATC Classification, the following therapeutic subgroups stand out: anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic products (22.1%) and antibacterials for systemic use (16.5%).
